Percy's POV

                          
"Yo Perce!" A voice called. The nickname stabbed a hole in my chest. The nickname Annabeth has given me when we were 6.

                          
"Hey Jason. Great to see you." I replied with a dull tone.

                          
"What's up dude? You sound so worn." 

                          
"Nothing, just old memories." I tried for a fake smile. Only Annabeth would be able to look through it. "Anyways, are we still up for basketball in an hour?" 

                          
"Yah of course man. See you then." Then he jogged off, leaving me with the painful memories he brought up.

                          
Sorry for slower updates it's Labor Day so I actually had time yay! But I can't update more I'm going out.
