Percy's POV

"Hey, how's Cooper Union? (It's an art school that's good apparently... seeeeee I do my research)"

It's been a long time since I've talked to Rachel and we were video calling.

"Great! I've made new friends and everything. How's (insert local community college)?"

"Eh, class wise, still annoying. But guess what?" A smile found it's way onto my face.

"What??"

"Annabeth's here."

Rachel's expression changed to complete shock.

"Really?! With her grades and extracurriculars, she could've gotten into Stanford if she wanted."

"Yah, but she came here to be with Luke."

Rachel knew him. Whenever I need to complain about him, I ranted to her.

"Loyal," Rachel commented.

"Yeah."

We changed the subject and talked for about 5 minutes before we both decided we needed to start homework.

"Bye, miss you," Rachel smiled sadly.

"Miss you too."
