Dr. Ross: Well, to answer your questions... first of all, I have no intentions of killing anyone, and world domination isn't my cup of tea. I would actually rather not spill a single drop of blood. This machine's function is classified information, but it most definitely isn't just as simple as a Gaster Blaster. And yes, asker, your calculations are correct. Dr. Ross: As for the second question... that's an entirely different machine. And not exactly... monsters, but not humans either. Sort of a... hybrid. It may be dangerous, and they may either die on creation or be very violent if things go wrong. But then again... one must always be ready to improvise~
