Tori and I are now at the salon where her personal stylist works.
"Are you sure it's OK to dye my hair blonde?" I asked her, intentionally to make sure my hair will be healthy.
"Don't worry. I ask her to choose the best hair dye possible and precisely told them that it wouldn't make any damages to your hair."
"OK!" I kinda like my hair, blonde, to be honest. I totally looked different in this color. And when I said 'different', of course it's in a good way.
We finished the dye and now we're shopping for my attire.
"Let's go. Come on." She impatiently called me. We went into many different shops, but we still haven't found what I'd like to wear yet. The clothes are either too tight or too revealing.
"OK. I swear this is the last shop. If we don't get anything, we're going, Tor! We have been shopping for hours."
"Fine!" She finally gave in.
We entered a classic clothes store which I probably figure out it's new.
I went through the shop looking for an outfit. As for Tori, she was taking out several dresses to let me try on.
The dresses were nice, but I just didn't feel comfortable wearing them.
"Maybe I can wear a blouse and a skirt, instead." I voiced out my opinion as we were trying to find something likable for me.
"Good idea." Tori said while taking a few tops and shirts out of the racks.
"I think this one looks nice on you. Plus, it's red, so it matches Christmas." Tori handed me a long sleeved fiery red cut out shoulder top with ruches and a jean skirt which reached the middle of my thighs. Too short....
"Hmm... Maybe you can try this skirt, miss." A quite petite girl who was in her teen years suggested as she gave me a knee length black skirt.
"Sure." I went in the fitting room and changed.
"Hmm... It still lacks something." Tori was thinking. "Put this on."
She gave me a wide waist belt in black and gestured me to put in on.
"Perfect!" She blurted out. "We will take these."
I was going to pay for the clothes, but Tori insisted she would pay. The girl quickly did her job.
"Keep the change." Tori smiled.
"Thank you and please come again." We both walked out and went home.
My alarm clock is ringing furiously, waking me up from my peaceful (or sometimes not) sleep. I sometimes get nightmares from the incident, but I learn to cope up and control them.
I took a shower and changed into a sweatshirt and a pair of jeans. Afterwards, I jogged downstairs to be greeted by Sally and Tori.
"Good morning!" I greeted them then took a seat at the kitchen table. "What's for breakfast~?"
"Your favorite. Pancakes with strawberries and fresh whipped cream." Sally said as she put the drool-worthy pancakes in front of me.
"Eat up!" Tori said as I started devouring the deliciously and freshly made breakfast.
"What are we going to do today since it's Christmas Eve?" I asked Tori after I finished my food.
"I was thinking of inviting the guys here for lunch, what do you think?" She suggested, looking at me for my opinion on this.
"Maybe.... But aren't they always busy since they each own a very successful company?!" I raised my eyebrow.
"I could call them first to see if they're available today." I nodded as she took out her phone and made a call.
