The interview was kind of boring and uninteresting. Some female candidates were actually flirting with me instead of concentrating on their interviews. For the male candidates, it went normally. Now there's only one candidate left and this interview will finish.
The door opened and I just said the usual greeting and told the candidate to take a seat.
Hmm... Her name is Liz Collins.
"Please take a seat, Ms.Collins." I told her without looking while I could sense that she was walking to her seat. I looked over at her resume a bit then turned my head up.
I was a bit surprised to see the female sitting across from me. She is fairly tall and thin with blonde hair. Plus, I can say that her skin is pale white. Her hair was tied into a high pony tail and her bang was somewhat moved to the right side of her forehead.
I started interviewing her and I noticed she speaks with a different accent. I thought she was slightly distinguished from the other female candidates. Whenever I asked her a question, she would answer me shortly as if she wanted to finish this interview as quick as possible which was completely opposite of the previous candidates who tried to keep our conversation going continuously.
I wondered if I had the same effects on her like on any other women, so I began staring at her intensely and trying to have eye contact with her. But man... Was I wrong?
She didn't even act differently for a second. She is having her blank face on, answering my questions confidently and trying to have less eye contact possible.
I guess she is a quiet girl who doesn't like talking to new people. Plus, I found out that she was the one whose designs had been given to me by Tori. I was interested in those designs. They were different and unique, somehow they have their own specialty.
Before our conversation ended, I intentionally said something to her which probably annoyed her.
"You can go now, Ms.Collins. Also please try to communicate more. I guess you're the quiet type." I slightly smirked as she made her way to the door. Her reply was definitely meant as a retort for me.
"I will try, sir." She said with a hint of sarcasm in it. Then she walked out of the room.
It was quite interesting to see a girl getting annoyed of me instead of flirting with me.
I went back to my desk and made my decision for the 5 accepted candidates.
As I was evaluating, the door threw open and Tori walked in.
"Don't you know how to knock before you enter my office, Ms.Grace?" I sarcastically said.
"I don't." She returned a careless reply. "So, how did it go?"
"Slightly interesting for me to interview Ms.Collins." I stated, wanting to know more about her.
"What did you do?" She eyed me suspiciously as if I had committed a crime.
"Nothing out of ordinary. It was her attitude that's quite intriguing."
"What was she doing then?" She asked me with an arm cross and a raise in her eyebrow.
"Well, to put it simple, I guess she didn't enjoy talking to me."
"Yeah, definitely right!" She nodded as I didn't know what she was implying on.
"She isn't comfortably talking to new people. Plus, she's not the same as any other girls."
"Yeah. I figured that out."
