Liz Collins

"What do you want?" I sigh, looking at the bipolar guy in front of me.

"Someone." He wickedly smirks as I give up talking.

"Actually, I just want to say that I was quite impressed with your performance. Never imagine a girl like you can sing with your cold voice." He's looking at the starry night sky.

"Should I say 'Thanks'? Cause I don't know if this is a compliment or an insult."

"Consider it as a compliment from your amazing boss." He has his big ego on the show.

"You're just unbelievable!"

"Unbelievably hot and attractive. Amazingly smart and wealthy. I mean who wouldn't want this?!" He is gesturing to his toned body.

"Whatever! By the way, this is a gift for my unbelievably rigorous and pompous boss. No offense." I fake a nice smile at him with my blank face as I'm getting the gift from my bag and throw it to him. Luckily, he catches it with his fast reflexes.

"Aww~ Lizzie~" He annoyingly imitates Bella again.

"Just keep your mouth sealed before I take that gift back and throw it to your egoistic face." I snap at him.

"Is that how you talk to your boss?" He raises his eyebrows as he is walking towards me.

"Look, I don't want to have an argument with anyone right now. Especially not with the guy who annoys the living life out of me and tortures me for months." I glare at him hard as he has an amused expression stuck on his want-to-get-punched face.

"Well, what can you say for a jerk like me?" He emphasizes on the word 'Jerk'.

"If you don't have anything else to say, I'm going back in."

"Wait. I also have something for you. Just wait here a sec." He says and goes back in.

I spent my time staring at the sky, feeling calm and relax.

"Hey, what's up, Angel?" I sensed someone had wrapped their arms around my waist and on instincts, I grabbed that arm and twisted it 360° degrees, almost flipping the person over.

He groaned in pain and I immediately let go of him when I knew who he was.

"Sorry." I mumbled at Kyle who was grabbing his arm.

"What did you do that for?!" Kyle asked me, as he walked towards me. "It hella hurts."

"Look, it's not my fault that you put your arm around my waist and I acted on instincts." I explained irritatingly, not wanting to deal with him anytime longer.

"Feisty, huh? I like it." He was walking towards me as I was walking backwards.

"What's wrong with you?" I coldly and blankly asked him, glaring at him on the way.

He smirked and came near me. I was about to walk away since I didn't want to cause a scene or teach him some lessons.

"Not so fast, Angel." He grabbed my wrist tightly as I tried to escape.

"Get your hands off my employee now, Kyle." A deep, booming voice filled with anger and authority spoke. Kyle and I turned to the guy.

"I said Hands Off!" Sam demands through gritted teeth, his voice with venoms. His jaw is tightened and his hands are clenching so hard that I can see his knuckles turn white.

"OK OK, Sam. Just wanna have a chat with this Angel over here." He smirks and winks at me as he releases my wrist.

"It seems like your chat has ended. Do you mind?" Sam walks towards us and he gestures me to follow him, but he kept his pace, so we could walk side by side.
