31. Boy Meets Evil

Every moment I got with Jin, was interrupted by Eun Tak. At some point, I thought she was following him. It's her first day and she's already being like this. She winked at Jin yesterday like it was nothing.

" Ah, Jin." I called out his name in the hallway. " Can we ta-"

" Oppa! You need to practice with the others." Eun Tak cut me off. She put her arm around him and dragged him away.

Jin looked at me apologetically. The rest of the day just went on as always I did my job as good as I possibly can. When I was packing my stuff to get home, I heard a knock on my door. I hope it's Jin, so we can talk!

" Come in! " I answered.

" Unnie!" Eun Tak was standing there with the biggest fake smile I have ever seen, what a disappointment. " PD-nim is calling for you." She then said.

" Eum, yeah sure. Do you know why?" I asked her

" I have no idea." She said, and I swear for a moment there I thought I saw her smirk.

I took my stuff and went to the bosses office and knocked on the door. I was kind of scared, it was the first time I was called into the office like that.

" Enter." He said with a stern voice.

" You called me sir." I said.

" Yes, Rachel. I wanted to speak to you about a complaint I had." He looked me straight in the eyes.

A complaint? From who? About me?

" What kind of complaint sir? " I asked.

" It has been said that you keep the boys from doing their job properly. Especially Jin. Now, Rachel, I know your probation is over and you do your job very well, but if this keeps going on...... We'll have to fire you." The words that came out of his mouth, shocked me.

There was a moment of silence. What the hell is he saying to me? I never took the boys away from their job. Whats with the lie? Who said this about me? My blood was boiling but I had to keep calm.

" I understand sir, I'll keep this in mind." I bowed and left the office.

When I closed the door, she was standing there smirking like some kind of evil mastermind.

" You better be careful unnie, we don't want you to get fired now do we...." She whispered in my ear and then stood back in front of me. Her arms crossed and an evil smirk on.

Eun Tak, whats her problem? What did I do to make her act like this..... I wanted to say something back but the boys came walking by. When she heard them, her evil smirk disappearing and turning into a cute pout.

" What's going on?" Yoongi asked.

" Nothing unnie and I were just talking " she turned her face back to me and smirked again. " Alright unnie, I'll stay away from the boys..... I don't want you to hit me...." She said with the most innocent tone ever.

" What? I never sa-"

" I have to go now bye!" She said and quickly went away.

" I never said that I swear!" I said in panic towards the boys.

" Ayyy noona it's okay. I kind of like your protective side." Jimin winked at me.

I just stood there in disbelief. Is this going to be my life from now on? The boys were walking by and before he could walk away, I grabbed Jin's arm.

" We still need to talk." I said to him.

He looked at me angered but I still managed to pull him into my office.
