"So." Nicholas began "Im guessing it didn't go as planned?" Amy had a blush of embarrassment covering her cheeks as Nicholas inspected her new form. "Please Nicholas I don't need you to rub it in, it's already embarrassing enough."

Nicholas hummed "Im just surprised really, the fact that you were able to cast a spell of this much complexity is surprising." Amy raised a brow and crossed her arms "What's that supposed to mean?"

"Um..." KNOCK KNOCK

'Thank lord' Nicholas walked over to Amy's bedroom door, Roxie and the rest of the gang were standing in the hallway "Thank god your here!!" Nicholas let them in "Of course Nicky!! We heard that something was wrong so we- OH SWEET MOTHER OF ALMONDS!!!!"

Thea lept behind Nicholas, earning a raised brow and a flat look from Amy "Jeez Thea thanks for making me feel SOO much better." Thea coughed and slowly walked up to Amy, she gave her cheek a single poke. "Wow....you...really do have skin."

"Great observation." She said with a roll of her eyes. "But do you actually know anyone who would know how to fix this?!" Loppody hummed, before she snapped her fingers "I think I know just the girl!!"

"Hmmm....." May was staring intently at Amy, Amy couldn't help but feel a little uncomfortable under her gaze and she fidgeted from time to time. "Well? Anything?" Annie had been stroking Tank, Amy's now ghost fish as May took in that fact that Amy had been turned into a full human.

"Once a Skelton, then a human!! I've never seen a spell like this before!!" She said, sounding much like a child that had been waiting for Christmas. Amy sighed "But, can you fix it?" "I wouldn't know unless I try, however...." she scratched the back of her neck.

"There's always an 'however'." Roxie said as she placed a hand to her head "But what?" May nervously rubbed her arm "Granted I could try, but even if I did find the right spell you can't use magic at the moment." Amy swore under her breath and was given a decent slap over the head from Nicholas.

"Amy, please remember we have little kids in the room." He gestured to Annie who hadn't noticed and was still playing with Tank. "And also, it may take me a few...." she slowly looked over at Amy "hours? Days?"

".....weeks." Amy groaned and flopped down into her pillow. Thea came over and patted her back "It can't be that bad, I mean, now you can....um..." Amy sighed and sat up "There's no point Thea you're not making me feel any better."

She rested her head in her hand, it felt weird to have the feeling of soft skin instead of hard cold bone. "If it makes you feel any better, I still think your the coolest!!" Annie said with a smile, Tank the fish nodding with her and Amy perked up a little.

"Now that I think about it. How are you going to tell your parents about this?" Nicholas pointed out. "I'm...still figuring that part out." Everyone raised a brow at her "Buuuut they're all at the shop right now!! They'll be ag-

BEEP BEEP

the sound of the family's car horn made Amy's pupils go small as she dashed to the window. "Uh oh...." Amy looked round her room in the haste to find somewhere to hide. "They're back already?!" Amy ran to Quintins room across the hall.

She bashed down the door and Quintin fell to the floor. "H-Huh?!" Amy grabbed Quintin before he could say anything, she ran down the stairs and placed him by the door "Distract them!!!!" She ordered as she ran back up the stairs.

"......What?" Quintin slowly peeked through the door, the source of the problem was that their parents had returned, Quintin probably thought that Amy didn't want her parents to know that she had turned human after a failed spell.
