The sound of metal armour clanking against the flooring of the hell royal palace floors echoed through the long hallways, Shadow had just finished her usual rounds of checking the castles security, granted there were the downs of having to yell at certain guards when they were slacking or even worse, sleeping on the job, but it was all worth it to keep a roof over there heads.
As Shadow walked down the hallway, her sharp eyes had noticed that the halls were incredibly empty, all of the guards were no where in sight. She stopped briefly, looking down the hall and seeing how empty it was. "Hmm...." she continued forward, making her way further down the hell palace halls.
She eventually came to the grand thrown room, the king, paced back and fourth wearily across the floor, the queen, stayed in her throne, her finger tapping against the arm rest. Shadow stood here at the side waiting for the king or queen to notice her and grant her permission to speak, however, when she got nothing, she began to get a little worried.
