James was helping his farther out in the cafe, their wasn't really much stuff to for him to do other then clean some glasses and place them away in their cupboards. He has since finished his chores and was now sitting down behind the bar reading a poetry book, his friend Rubix way at his side as he read over his shoulder.

DING DING

The sound of the bell ringing by he door signalled that someone had entered the cafe, he didn't pay it any attention until a familiar fuchsiahaired skeleton came running up and tackeled him in a hug "JAMES!!" Rubix stiffened a laugh as James tried to recover from the shock.

He sighed "Afternoon Charlotte." Charlotte stood up from the floor and James brushed off his jumper "What are you doing here?" He questioned "Weren't you supposed to be helping Quintin today?" Charlotte shrugged "Poor boo's sick, I made him go to bed and told him I'd come check on him later today."

James hummed and closed his book, turning around and placing back on the shelf as Charlotte skipped round to the other side of the bar "So how are my two second favourite band players hmm?" She started to play with Rubix's blue hair, he didn't mind and playfully punched her shoulder

"We are good, thank you for asking." James sat himself back in his chair, "Oh!! And I almost forgot!!" Charlotte skipped away to the door, she opened outside and seemed to be talking to someone, James and Rubix both changed confused glances

'Who do you think she is talking to?'

Rubix signed

"Im not sure." James said with a shrug as Charlotte and another girl around her age walked inside, Charlotte slung an arm around the other girl "James, Rubix, I want you to meet my cousin, Jewle!!"

"Hello!!!" Rubix went to wave at her but before he could Jewel had flow up right in front of his face, startling him as he blue hair puffed up slightly, earning an amused chuckle from her "SOOOOOO FLUUUFFFYYY!!!!!" She began to run her hands through his soft hair.

"Hey!!" James pushed her away "Don't man handle him lady!!" Oh!!" James folded his arms "Just because you have a pretty face and wings, doesn't mean that-" "Oh~ you think I'm pretty?" She pressed the area of where her nose would be against his "Wait what?"

Charlotte and Rubix where both trying to hold back laughter "W-What no!!! I'm just saying that just because you act all innocent doesn't mean that- "So your saying that I'm pretty and innocent looking? Hmm?"

James stood their, dumbfounded, Jewel offered nothing but a smug smile as James's face began to blossom with a cherry red blush. He growled and quickly turned on his feet "GAH!! NEVERMIND!!!" Jewel giggeled and waved after him

"Bye bye James!!"
