He was only a few feet away, before he came to a halt. The smile on Zachary's face grew more devious, as he slowly lifted his hands upwards. The noise of slow, loud claps echoed throughout our eardrums.

"Bravo, Samantha!" Zachary growled.

My orbs grew wide with fear, as my heart completely stopped beating. Sweat began to drench my forehead and palms within seconds, as the lump in my throat, that has been forming for so long, grew much bigger.

Oh no...

Zachary's claps eventually seized, as he dropped them to his side. Then, he snickered, as he shook his head back and forth. "So, this entire time, you have lied to every single one of us. This entire time, you have been a girl, and you couldn't tell us that to began with?" Zachary asked.

Noah and I stayed silent. He wasn't sure how to respond, and frankly, I wasn't sure, either.

"I take your silence, as a yes, then." Zachary hummed in annoyance.

Zachary began to walk towards me, as I stayed still. As he approached, I managed to lift my head up to see him nearly two inches away from my face. Again, I didn't move, nor did I say anything. What could I say? Anything I say, wouldn't cover up my secret, it'll only unravel it even more.

"Does my sister know?" He asked, knowing the answer already.

I hesitated, before shaking my head. "No." I mumbled, as I asserted my eyes towards the ground.

Zachary sighed, as he shook his head in disbelief, before setting back. "You're disgusting, Bennett. How can you go around, with a secret like that, and date others like this?" He asked. "How many girls did you date, with this sick joke of yours?"

"This is Sam's first relationship, Zach. She didn't mean any harm out of it." Noah jumped in, as he stands in front of me.

"You aren't anymore innocent than you sister is." Zachary retorted, as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Just you wait, Sam. When I tell Rachel the truth, you're going to be sorry for hurting her like this!" He grumbled through grinding teeth, as he grabbed ahold of my hoodie collar and pulled me close to his face.

"No!" I nearly shouted, as I tried to pry his hands off of me. "Don't say anything! I'll tell her!" I begged.

Zachary cocked his head to the left. "Okay. When?" He asked.

"W-When?" I asked, almost in a whisper, as sweat drenched my face.

Zachary gave me a single shake, before getting in my face. "Don't ask stupid!" He yelled. "When are you going to tell Rachel?"

My heart raced, as my eyes grew wide. I stared up, at my girlfriends brother with fear, as multiple thoughts ran through my mind. When will I tell her? How will I tell her? How will she react? Will she... leave me?

"Let her go!" Noah raised his voice. "Sam will tell Rachel whenever she is comfortable. Let her make the move, since she has made it this far."

Zachary looked over at my brother. Moments later, he placed his eyes back upon mine. A smile grew upon his face, as he could sense the obvious fear radiating off of me.
