"Your driving makes me sick to my stomach." I groaned, as I stepped out of Bethany's car while holding my turning stomach.

Bethany scoffed, as she shut her door behind. "You're so dramatic, Sam. My driving is fine!" She retorts, crossing her arms over her chest. "What do you think of my driving, Rachel?" Bethany asks, turning her attention, as Rachel approaches us.

Rachel looks at me, giving me a look of 'why am I being pulled into this conversation', before turning her attention back onto my friend.

"I think it's fine." Rachel says, as she turns to look at me. "However, your turns could be better." She admitted, as she let out a giggle.

Bethany rolled her eyes, as she let out a small laugh, before walking towards the building. "Let's get inside before Brianna lectures us about being late." She sighs, as she keeps walking.

Rachel and I held hands, as we followed Bethany towards the double glass doors. Once we approach the building, we head inside, where we are greeted by the cashier. We pay to get our rental skates, before walking inside the skating area.

Loud music, flashing lights and wild children, teens and adults on roller skates and blades occupied the large room, as the three of us stood their, looking for the party. In the far corner, we spotted balloons, as we started to head on over, while dodging the unaware humans around us.

"Out of all the places to have your 17th birthday party," Bethany began, as she shouted over the loud, upbeat music. "Why throw it here?" She asked.

"Who knows." I shrugged, as we inched closer towards the balloon infested area.

The last time I've step foot into this place, was my 10th birthday party. My friends and I had a blast, but that was when we were all younger. Maybe we will have fun here, and if not, at least we came for Brianna. On the bright side; free cake!

"How has Brianna been, anyways? Is she still with-"

I was violently interrupted, as I was pulled inside a tight embrace. The air left my lungs, as I let out a grunt, before looking to see who was hugging me.

A female, with bright blonde hair, with light pink low lights. Her outfit consisted of a pink tank top, with dark pink shorts. Her roller skates were white, with pink laces. It was no one other than Brianna Johnson, the pink queen.

"SAM!" Brianna shouted with joy, as her arms tightened around my body.

I let out a groan, as I placed my hands on her shoulders. "You're hurting me." I breathed out, as I gently started to push her away from me.

Brianna eventually let's go, as she looks straight into my eyes, before slapping my shoulder hard. "That's for moving and not talking to me!" She pouts, as she turned away, crossing her arms over her chest.

I couldn't help but chuckle, as I shook my head. "I'm glad you haven't changed. I've missed your bubbly personality." I complimented.

A bright smile appeared across her face. "Aw!" Brianna cooed. "Someone missed me! Well, I missed you too! It's been so weird without your presents." She states.

I was about to respond, until Brianna cut me off with another question.

"Is this your girlfriend Bethany was telling me about?" Brianna asked, as she stands directly in front of Rachel, as if she was ready to overload her with questions.

I nodded, as I wrapped my arm around Rachel's shoulder. "Brianna, this is Rachel. Rachel... Brianna." I introduced, as I watched the two girls greet and shake hands.

They held a conversation for a bit, until Brianna snatches Bethany's and my hand before pulling me towards the rental skate area.

"Come on! The party has already started!" She shouts, as she begins to drag us.
