I see father Sitting atop his throne, clad in full ceremonial armor. He holds his spear gungnir before him. I've always seen him as a man with no fear Just a man who exudes all the power and majesty of the Ruler of Asgard.

I see Frigga joins him at his side.

He looks around the hall, casts a glance over to the Warriors Loki and I.

With Thor is nowhere to be seen. Odin looks to Loki and I. Loki shrugs which makes Odin unpleased. I start to hear murmurs spreads through the crowd.

Volstagg looks to us. "Where is he?"

I look down "He said he'd be along." Loki simply states.

Sif realizes the truth, shakes her head in disapproval.

Volstagg looks confused "What?"

Sif shakes her head "He wants to make an entrance."

Fandral looks around "Well, if he doesn't show up soon, he shouldn't bother. Odin looks like he's ready to feed him to his ravens.

Loki clearly not interested says  "I wouldn't worry. Father will forgive him. He always does."

Just then, at the back of the hall, up the steps from the lower level Thor's hammer MJOLNIR Roars up into the hall. Thor strides cockily into the hall behind it, catching it behind his back.

The crowd erupts in cheers. Thor spins his hammer with a flourish, holds it up before the crowd, basking in the moment, relishing the adoration, whipping his audience up into a frenzy.

I roll my eyes. "Well he made his entrance. "

Sif- "Oh, please. Odin watches from the front, not liking this showy display."

Thor finishes stirring up the crowd, then reaches the front of the room, kneels on one knee before his mother and father.

Frigga casts him an admonishing glance. Thor winks up at her. She can't help but smile.

"Mamas favorite" I roll my eyes.

Odin strikes Gungnir upon the ground with a deafening Boom.

The crowd falls silent. Odin speaks with quiet, effortless authority. He raises Gungnir before him.

Odin starts to speak. "Gungnir. Its aim is true, its
power strong. With it I have defended Asgard and the lives of the innocent across the Nine Realms
since the time of the Great Beginning. And though the day has come for a new King to wield his own weapon -- that duty remains the same. Thor Odinson, my heir, my First-born. So long entrusted with this mighty hammer, Mjolnir. Forged in the heart of a dying star, from the sacred metal of Uru. Only one may lift it. Only one is worthy. Who wields this hammer commands the lightning and the storm. Its power has no equal -- as a weapon, to destroy, or as a tool, to build. It is a fit companion for a King. Today I entrust you with the greatest honor in all the Nine Realms. The sacred throne of Asgard. I have sacrificed much to achieve peace. So, too, must a new generation sacrifice to maintain that peace. Responsibility, duty, honor. These are not merely virtues to which we must aspire. They are essential to every soldier and to every King."

I look around to see the Crowd and the Warriors Three start to shiver and rub their limbs for warmth in the increasingly cold air of the hall. Thor looks around too.

"Loki. I am cold. We're all cold." I cling to Loki.

He looks around and back at Father. Thor turns back to face his father. Odin looks upon his son with pride. "Thor Odinson, do you swear to guard the Nine Realms?"

"I swear."

"Do you swear to preserve the peace?"

"I swear."

"Do you swear to cast aside allselfish ambition and pledge yourself only to the good of all the Realms?".

"I swear."

Then on this day, I, Odin Allfather, proclaim you..."
Odin hesitates, noticing a strange sight before him.

I watch as ICE creeps across the surface of the large banners around the hall, making an eerie cracking sound.

Odin breaths "Frost giants..."

The far-off sounds of a BATTLE echo in the depths of the palace below.

Sif and the Warriors Three reach for their weapons, as Thor races from the hall.

"Thor!" I yell running after him. Only to be stopped by Loki.

"You are not wearing battle armor you cannot fight dear sister." Loki says.

I look down. Only to look up and see Loki gone.

"Father !" I look to him tears coming out my eyes.

"Go with your mother and see to it the people get out of here alive." I nod.

As soon as everyone is safe I run to the guards. "Where's Father ?"

"The vault my lady." He says pointing the way.

I run down the stairs to hear Thor upset. "The Jotuns must pay for what they've done!"

Father looked around. "They have paid with their lives. The Destroyer did its job, and the Casket is safe. All is well."

Thor baffled at this "All is well?! They broke into the Weapons Vault! If the Frost Giants had stolen even one of these..."

"But they didn't." We all look back at Odin.

Thor looks upset "I want to know why they.."

Odin interrupts "the Casket of Ancient Winters belonged to the Jotuns. They believe it's their birthright."

Thor continues "And if you hadn't taken it from them they would have laid waste to all the Nine Realms!"

Odin wake up to Thor "I have a truce with Laufey, the Jotun King."

Clearly Thor upset "He just broke your truce! We must act!"

Odin turns to Sif and the Warriors three. "Leave us."

I walk next to loki and hold his hand. Father eyes Thor. "And what action would you take?"

Thor stands proud and speaks "March into Jotunheim as you once did, teach them a lesson, break their spirits so they'll never dare try to cross our borders again!"

"You're thinking only as a warrior!" Odin getting upset at his sons way of thinking.

"Fa.." Loki quickly covers my mouth.

"This was an act of war!" Thor raises his voice at father.

"It was the act of but a few, doomed to fail." Odin reasons.

Thor shakes his head "They got this far!"

Thinking like a kind Odin responds "We will find the breach in our defenses. It will be found, and it will be sealed."

Thor looked high and mighty and said "As King of Asgard, I would.."

Odin stands even taller "You are not King. Not yet."

Thor sees in his father's face that he's pushed this as far as he can. He backs away, then leaves, pushing through the doors so hard that they SLAM backwards behind him.

"Father...." I walk up to him. "He is just a little upset. But he is also not wrong. Knowing our walls were broken into is a major problem. Don't worry He will see that he needs to think about what you've said."

"There is so much to learn. I'm afraid maybe he isn't ready my dear Avinna." Odin then walks out the room.

I sigh. "We need to speak with brother."I turn to Loki. He looks of thought. And follows me to Thor.
