We landed in London.

We drove to A cathedral. We walked inside it was packed with mourners. A choir is singing.

Me and Sam watched Steve carrying a coffin draped with the Union Jack. His eyes are red - he's been crying.

At the altar, a candle burns by a framed photograph of Peggy Carter in a military uniform. The label reads "Margaret 'Peggy' Carter". The priest addresses the mourners.

I look at Steve as the Priest speaks on. "And now, I would like to invite Sharon Carter to come up and say a few words."

Agent 13, Steve's "neighbor" from DC, steps up to the podium.

Steve comes and sits next to me in a pew at the front. Steve is looking down and doesn't see Sharon walk up. Sam and I are watching, and I slightly nudge Steve. He looks up to see Sharon, who glances at Steve and takes a breath.

Sharon Carter "Margaret Carter was known to most as a founder of SHIELD... but I just knew her as Aunt Peggy."

Steve finally realizes who exactly Sharon is, and takes a surprised breath.

Sharon Continues "She had a photograph in her office. Aunt Peggy standing next to JFK. As a kid, that was pretty cool. But it was a lot to live up to. Which is why I never told anyone we were related." She looks directly at Steve. "I asked her once how she managed to master diplomacy and espionage in a time when no one wanted to see a woman succeed at either. And she said, compromise where you can. But where you can't, don't. Even if everyone is telling you that something wrong is something right. Even if the whole world is telling you to move... it is your duty to plant yourself like a tree, look them in they eye and say " No, you move.""

Later I notice steve away from the funeral. Steve stands alone in the isle, still dressed in black. I walk up to him and he turns to me. He begins to speak without any introduction "When I came out of the ice, I thought everyone I had known was gone. Then I found out that she was alive. I was just lucky to have her."

I made a reassuring face "She had you back, too."

Steve Then nodded and got serious. "Who else signed?"

I related the message Sam told me. "Tony. Rhodey. Vision."

Steve Nods like he knew they would "Clint?"

I smile slightly at Nat telling me the message earlier "Says he's retired."

Steve Smiles but then asks "Wanda?"

"Well... TBD (To Be Determined). Natasha told me she will be off to Vienna for the signing of the Accords. And that There's plenty of room on the jet if you think you should sign." I point my thumb behind me.

Steve sighs and bows his head.

"I know it's a weird decision they're making but Just because it's the path of least resistance doesn't mean it's the wrong path. Staying together is more important than how we stay together." I hold his hand. Even I'm almost seems to be convincing myself.

Steve Grabs my face soft but firmly "What are we giving up to do it?" I shrug and He shakes his head, unconvinced. "I'm sorry, Avinna. I can't sign it."

I smile "I know. And honestly me and Thor have no means to sign either. We're gods compared to human kind. I don't think he would agree to them being over him, yet alone ruling and ordering him around like their Odin." I laugh a little. I pulls him in for a hug. "We will figure it all out. But I don't want this day. This event to break you or make you to depressed that you don't make the Captain America decision." I smile.

He smiles and kisses me tenderly.
