I immediately rush outside, I see the hill with the weeping willow in the distance. I see four men in the distance. I finally get up that f*cking hill, sweating.

"STOP", I cried, falling on my knees, "IF YOU GUYS CARE ABOUT ME, YOU WOULD STOP NOW!"

I saw Alexander, Charles Lee, Jack, and Laurens.

Alexander came to my side, to pick me up, "I do, Y/N. That's why I'm doing this"

"Please", I sobbed, "I don't want anyone to get hurt".

"Lee", said Jack,"Take, Y/N. Hold her down as hard as you can and don't let go". Jack came towards me, "I'm sorry, but I have to do this, for you"

"How could you? How could any of you seconds support this? Don't you care about your friend getting hurt?", Lee and Laurens looked at me. From the look on Laurens's face his expression told me I'm sorry.

I was being held by Lee, at first I didn't try to fight, but I saw Jack and Alexander, back to back, starting to walk 10 paces.

1, 2, 3, 4...

I struggled against Lee and broke free. I was standing closer to Alexander so I tackled him to the ground and took his gun. Still sobbing, I raised the rifle to the air and pulled the trigger.

Pow!

Jack looked back with a surprised look on his face.

"Don't do this", Jack pleaded.

"If one of you winds up dead, I won't be able to live", I interfered, knowing I can win this argument. I let tears rush down my face, using my innocence as a way for the boys to stop. It worked, both boys came and hugged me, shedding tears, knowing their life could've ended right now. Laurens also came, "I'm sorry I let this happen"

"Not your fault, Laurens", I comforted him, "All I needed was for everyone to live today"

Jack went towards Alexander and shook his hand, "I yield"

"Me too", he smiled.

Alexander walked towards me, "Thanks, grenade", he hugged me again.

As the sun rose, George was running towards the hill.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED????", he demanded.

"Um,..." I squeaked.
