I open Alexander's letter first because I feel like I know him better than Finn:

My Dearest, Y/n,

Please, accept my apology. I can't stop thinking about you. When I try to think of anything else, you are the only thought on my mind. I love you. I know that sounds weird and we are just friends. When I danced with you at Eliza's Winter Ball, I remembered all the good times we had. I know that I love you. Do you love me? By the way, how's it going? How's everyone? I miss you, it's boring back home. I hope to see you soon. Ps, I know I put a comma between dearest and your name but you mean a lot to me. I hope to see you soon.

I blushed as I read his confession. He loves me? I don't know if I can trust him again, but I'll try.

My Dearest, Alexander,

I love you too. I tried to write you a letter before going to the battlefield but found myself writing over and over that I love you. Sadly, my father found a letter and knows that I like you. By the way, my mom got a cat and named him after you. Everything's great. I hope you come back to help us, we have been eating our own horses and I can't seem to find my horse, Buttercup. I miss you and so does Lafayette and Laurens.

I opened up Finn's letter:

My Dearest, Y/n,

I know, I put the comma between dearest and your name but I like you. I have feelings for you. I hope you can return them. I was thinking of joining the war myself. Should I come? Would you to be happy? I would love a chance to be remembered when I die, or have a story to tell my future generations someday. You know what? I will join the war without your comment. What! I didn't know his last name was Huston! And he's coming to fight? When we were talking he told me he was a journalist in the newspaper! I can't process this. Two guys love me? Shit, this is stressful. I rub my temples, Laurens and Lafayette look my way. I felt hot on the face and knew I was probably red. The boys looked at me with a smirk, "What is in the letters?", Laurens poked me on the arm. "None of your business", I told him, Lafayette snatched both of my letters and read them out loud. I hid my face, embarrassed. Lafayette and Laurens giggled to the letters, thank god a soldier came in to stop any more teasing. "General Washington wishes to see you, Lafayette" "Ohhhhh", Laurens and I teased, "You in trouble~"

"Oh, stop it. I know you guys are jealous that I got promoted to General and you didn't", Lafayette commented. Lafayette walked out of the tent and it was just me and Laurens.

"So, what do you want to do?", Laurens asked me.

"Let's go drink, I need something to de-stress", I replied.

We got to the bar and drank beer, it was kind of awkward because it was just the two of us.

"So", Laurens tried to start a conversation, "Who is the other boy that sent you a letter? Huston was his last name?"

"Oh, he's a guy I met at the Winter's Ball", I drank my mug of beer.

"And he likes you~", Laurens teased, "And so does Alexander"

"Yeah, I know", we saw that Burr was alone, "Hey Burr!", I try to catch his attention. Burr looks over and he joins us. We talk and get drunk, having the time of our lives...

Lafayette's Pov:

"You wanted to see me, General?", I saluted.

"Yes, we need help do you know what we can do to win the war?"

"Yes, we can end this war in Yorktown, but for this to succeed, there's someone else we need..."

SOOOOOOOOOOO SORRY! I was busy, trying to watch Stranger Things because my friends and classmates talk too much about it, but I also went to see my cousin and we played card games but ANYWAYS, SOOOOO SORRY! I was stuck at first but I found a way to end the chapter so that's there, anyways BYES!
