Mechanics for the Second Round

If you're wondering on how we have computed and tallied the scores, kinuha lang namin ang average scores ng mga judges. Then, from there, we selected the top 14. Yes, top 14 lang. Why? Dahil sa second round, we will have a Battle Round Style. 

What is Battle Round?

Ang battle round ay isang one-on-one battle or battle between the two. Kumuha kami ng 14 stories/writers from the first round kasi, seven winners ang uusad sa Third and Final Round.

Mechanics?

1. Una, those writers na kasama sa top 14 ay pipili ng number mula one hanggang seven (1-7). Each number has corresponding genre na malalaman niyo lang after matapos makapagselect ang lahat. At dahil pito lang ang pagpipilian, pito lang rin ang genre na ibibigay namin. Ibig sabihin, dalawang writer ang makakabunot ng same genre at sila ang maglalaban sa genre na iyon. Once na nalaman na ang genre at nagbigay na kami ng go signal, you can write a story out of that genre or based on that genre. In the end, isa lang bawat genre ang mananalo, which would make seven winners in the end.

Paano kami pipili?

Just give me a private message here in wattpad stating your chosen number. Once na may kapartner ka na, dun ko pa lang irereveal sa'yo 'yung genre. Para sabay kayong gagawa. Saan nga ulit? Dito sa wattpad. Pwede 'tong account namin or dun sa account ni admin simplyextraordinary. Just choose 1-7 :)

2. New round means new criteria. At malalaman niyo lamang ang criteria for judging after submitting all the entries. Don't worry, halos kamukha lang nung una, mas paiiklian lang namin para hindi kami mahirapan sa pagja-judge.

3. Gaya ng dati, we will maintain the anonymity of the writers. Please cooperate. 

-- walang magko-comment sa mga entries during the judgment period

-- walang magp-PM sa mga jugdes during the judgment period

-- huwag ipo-promote ang entry

4. Same mechanics dun sa first round.

*You should submit a one-shot story entry. Follow the genre given.

*Minimum of 2000 words and maximum of 3500 words. Kasama na ang title at lahat-lahat. Para hindi mahirapan ang mga judges at mabilis na makapagbasa at makapagbigay ng comments.

*NO SPG. 

*Language to be used: Tagalog/Filipino, English, Taglish. You can insert some foreign expressions but be sure to indicate translation.

*It should be your own story. Oo naman. Mahiya naman po tayo kung hihiram tayo ng story ng iba, right?

*One entry per person. 

*Your story should be NEW. Never na-publish sa kahit anong website! Please lang.

How to Send the Entry?

*Please send your entry in .doc or .docx format (meaning, MS Word). Kung papaano niyong sinend, ganoon kong ipopost. Hindi ako mag-eedit.
