Dane's Point of View

As I parked my tesla in the underground driveway, Kim kept popping up in my head. Did her feelings really get hurt when I made that joke about her clothes? In all honesty, I thought she looked adorable today. She also almost caught me staring at her this whole week but she never turned around fast enough to see who it was. I was still shocked that we had all the same classes. I didn't know Kim was so smart mainly because of the people she's friends with.

Today during lunch I tried to play it as cool as possible when both Reese and Chloe asked me if the rumor that was going around the school was true. Thanks to my father I had become quite good at lying or so I thought I was.

My thoughts came to an abrupt end when I tripped on the last flight of stairs. I only got a scratch so I decided not to make a big deal out of it.

Once I was in my bedroom, I put my backpack where it belonged and put my samsung to charge.

As I was pulling my shirt over my head, I heard my phone do that beep sound that meant I had a new text message. While undoing the button of my pants I read the text that said

- hi, it's me Reese :) -

I didn't bother to reply because I know she has a crush on me and I don't want to lead her on. I just don't like her that way and the same goes for Chloe.

After taking a shower, getting dressed, doing my homework, and preparing myself something to eat, I sat down in the living room and watched Netflix until I couldn't bare my migrane anymore. Every time I thought of kim, this happened.

As a desperate attempt to try and block everything out of my head, I took two sleeping pills and laid in my bed quietly waiting for the pills to kick in.

End of Dane's Point of View

Hey guys, how do you like the new cover for the story? So as you can see Dane's thoughts are very sweet at the same time kind of dark. Maybe he isn't the guy Kim makes him out to be. Maybe all Dane wants to do is hold Kim and never let her go. Wow, so many options. One day Dane and Kim seem to really like each other while other days, all they want to do is ignore each other. Thank you for reading my pathetic attempts at writing fanfiction. You guys are really cool and your the reason why I love to update daily :)
