chapter 24 part one

I had just applied the finishing touches to my make up when someone knocked on my door.

"who could that be" I said to myself.

A little scared of who or what was on the other side I quickly shook off my fears and opened the door.

- Kim -

- Stacy! - I shrieked - what are you doing here -

- visiting you of course. Duh - she said while pulling me into a hug

I heard someone clear their throat behind her. It saw a tall blonde boy.

He had blue eyes and a small mouth piercing. He looked and dressed as if he were in a band. In fact he looked really familiar but it couldn't be him.

- oh sorry. Kim this is my boyfriend, Luke - Stacy said

- hi I'm Luke Hemmings - he said with a smile

- your... Luke.... Hemmings..... From... Five.... Seconds..... Of.... Summer.... - I managed to say before my legs gave out. Lucky for me Luke caught me just in time and placed me on the couch.

Stacy rushed over to my side and handed me a glass of water.

They looked at me weirdly for a few minutes until I found the courage to say something. - sooooooo... How did you guys meet! - I said sounding a bit to nosy.

They both laughed and told me they met in a bar a few months ago. Luke told me he fell in love with Stacy because she didn't know about his fame.

- typical Stacy but she's truly.amazing - I said while smiling.

Stacy laughed while I grabbed my phone to check the time. The screen displayed the numbers 8:47 p.m. I jumped off of my seat and darted straight to the mirror to see if my makeup was smudged and still intact.

- whoa. What was that - Stacy asked

- oh um I'm meeting up with my friend Zoe and her friend who also came to visit her -

- okay. Well I guess me and Luke will come back tomorrow if your available - Stacy said while getting up

- no don't leave. Come with me! -

- what no - Luke said - it's fine, me and Stacy have to go look for a hotel anyways -

- hotel? Your coming out with me tonight and you guys can stay in my guest bedroom -

- Kim.. That's really generous but we can't just invade your personal life - Stacy said a little taken back by my generous hospitality.

- I'm welcoming you to my personal life. Please stay with me. Anyways it's better this way because then the paparazzi won't bother Luke so much -

- I forgot about them for a second - Luke said

- then it's settled. Your coming out with me tonight and staying here for as long as you want - I said while handing them their coats.

- your the best love - Luke said while giving me a kiss on the cheek

- better watch out Stacy or else I'll take him from you - I said

- you wouldn't dare - she said while laughing as we made our way to the elevator.
