Meredith's P.O.V

"MEREDITH WAKE YOUR ASS UP" i hear screaming before a pillow hits my face. i sit up to see my mother with a pillow in her hand trying not to laugh

"what do you want" i ask cuddling back into my pillow "i gotta take you to Amanda's, Meredith you're gonna make me late for work, GET UP" she screams as she pushes me off the bed, i hit the floor "ow okay, i'm up" i say and stand up"thank you" she says and walks out the door

"grouch" i whisper and rub my head. i walk over to my dresser and get a pair of jeans and a red crop top, i go into the bath room and turn the shower on. I take a 10 minute shower and get out. i dry off and put a towel around me. i walk to my vanity, i do my full face makeup, because i was looking pretty ugly today, and get dressed. i grab my laptop, my phone and my chargers and go downstairs, "finally damn" My mom says and grabs her purse "okay, who peed in your frosted flakes this morning" i say walking behind her "no one, i'm just tired" she says getting into the car, she starts to drive and i turn on the radio and A drop in the ocean by Ron Pope comes on, and i sing alone to it

i finish singing and my mom looks at me "i wish you would show off that amazing voice you have" she says "it isn't that great mama" i say embarrassed "Meredith, your voice is amazing, i wish i could sing like that" she says while pulling into Amanda driveway "thanks mama, i hope you have a good day at work" i say and hug her "bye i love you" she hugs back " i love you too" i say as i get out of the car.

i shut the door and walk up to Amanda's front door, i ring the door bell and Amanda's mom opens it "oh hey Meredith, come in" she says and opens the door more so i can walk in "good morning mrs. Taylor" i smile "Amanda's still sleeping but feel free to wake her lazy ass up" she laughs "okay thank you" i say and walk to Amanda's room. I open her door and see she slept with her headphones in, i smirk and take her phone and put on Attention by Charlie Puth and turn the volume up. She shoots up and screams "WHAT THE HELL" i start laughing "Language" we hear her mom say as she passes her bedroom "sorry, you just looked so peaceful" i smirk " i was" she says and rub her eyes "alright, so today is an easy day for both of us, you just have to talk to your teachers and get all the information for that class and i just have two classes today so get your laptop out and lets get started" she says as she grabs her laptop.

We log into the website and do our thins, i have 6 teachers an they all seem really nice and Amanda's classes were in the morning so we were done by 12

"lets go to the movies" i say and look at Amanda "ugh but that means i have to be social and thats something i cant do until at least 4 PM" she says while laying upside down on her bed "fine but i'm bored, lets do something" i say "hey, you know what we should do" she says sitting up quickly "we should make a YouTube Channel of us doing signing covers" she says grabbing her laptop "i don't know about that A, people at school don't need to know about the look change and i don't want them knowing i can sing" i add while i stand up "they don't have to know its you, we can put a different name and people can just think your my cousin. Come on please meredithhhhh" she begs "alright, one cover. if it doesn't go well, I'm not doing anymore" i say and sit next to her "yayy, thank you" she says "alright what name do you want" she says as she types "Alexandrea" i say smiling remembering last night "okay, is there anything you'd like to tell me? like why your smiling like an idiot?" she asks "nope.. just like that name" i say scratching the back of my neck "mmmhmm, okay sure" she says as she finishes the account. "you ready?" she says setting up the camera "lets do this" i say fixing my hair and pressing the button

little did i know, pressing that little red record button, would change my life Forever
