~New places~(chapter 19)

Meredith's P.O.V. 

"Wake up Meredith we have to pack were leaving for Arizona in a few hours" someone whispers in my ear. i open my eyes and turn over to see Shawn smiling at me. I sit up stretching and smile back.

"wait. did you just say were leaving in a few hours?" i say confused

"yeah, we have to go to Phoenix, Arizona for our next show" He says back

i nod and stand up i walk over to my suitcase and begin packing my clothes. i leave out some leggings and a t-shirt to wear on the plane. i leave it open so i can put more stuff if i forgot and go into the bathroom. I change into the clothes and put some mascara on and put my hair up in a messy bun and grab my makeup bag. i check myself before i walk out and put my makeup and other clothes in my suitcase. i close it and jump onto Amanda's bed next to her. She groans pulling the covers above her head

"Wakey wakey" i say jumping up and down on the bed. she moves around and then next thing i know i'm being pushed onto the floor. i look around and see Shawn trying to hold in his laughs. i glare at him and flip him off

"What time" he smirks 

"cool it Mendes. i'm still sitting right here" Amanda says sitting up looking at me on the floor

"Sorry Mere-bear" she smirks and stands up and runs into the bathroom. i groan and cover my face. 

She's such a asshole 

"I'm gonna start calling you that" Shawn says sitting on his bed 

"i swear. Shawn if you call me that. I'm not afraid to fight you" i say standing up

"whatever you say Mere-bear" he says smirking at me

"you know what. fight me" I say trying to act scary but failing.

"c'mon then short stuff" he says standing up. i look him up and down before putting my head down and walking over to him 

"nah your too tall, you'd beat my ass" i say wrapping my arms around him and putting my head on his chest. He chuckles and kisses my forehead. 

I want this for the rest of my life. i don't want anyone or anything else. i just want this 

"baby, we gotta go to the airport now or else we gonna miss our flight" he says letting go. i pout and look at him. He laughs and kisses me on the lips. i feel sparks every time. we pull apart and i smile at him. He smiles back. I turn around and make sure i have everything before grabbing my suitcase and his hand. We walk down the stairs to the lobby and see everyone waiting on us. I smile at them and we walk out to the limo. We all put our suitcases in and get in. we talk and laugh on our way to the airport. The limo driver drops us off at the front entrance. we grab our suitcases and walk to security. we go through and walk to the gate and we all sit down and wait. Shawn lays down and put his head on my lap. i play with his hair and smile. 

He is so fucking hot 

"Flight 420 to Phoenix, Arizona now boarding" The intercom blares out. we all stand up and walk to the entrance of the plane. i give the lady my ticket and went onto the plane. i found my seat and sat down. i was in between Shawn and Amanda. i smile at them as they sit down and Shawn puts his hand on my thigh. 

"So how are you and Taylor" i smirk at Amanda. she blushes and shrugs

"i don't know. i mean i really like him but i'm sure he doesn't feel the same. and ugh. dudes are so confusing" she groans and Shawn looks at her confused.

"i'm kinda offended but, ill let it slide because your obviously upset" Shawn laughs 

"Taylors like my bestfriend. I think he likes you. only because he told me" he says stuffing gummy worms in his mouth. Where did he get those? 

"he told you he likes me?" She asks smiling 

"yup" he says nodding

"Mendes if your playing with my emotions i will seriously come over there and push you off this damn plane" She says glaring at him. he looks at me and then at her and then back at me

"Are you just gonna let her talk to me like that" He says laughing 

"better not be playing with her emotions" i say shrugging. he rolls his eyes 

"no i'm not joking i swear he told me that" he says amused. i feel the plane start to move so i grab Shawn's hand

"whats wrong" he says confused 

"i was never a big fan of airplanes" i say closing my eyes

"why don't you try to sleep, i can wake you up when we get there" He puts his arm around me. i nod at him and lean my head on his shoulder. i hear him whisper something under his breath but before i could ask him what he said, i drifted off to sleep
