~Wancakes~ (Chapter 18)

Shawn's P.O.V

i hear soft breathing and feel someone leaning against me, i open my eyes and see Meredith sleeping so peacefully, i smile as i admire every little thing about her. She is so beautiful. i know she doesn't think that. I know how insecure she is. but god she is so perfect. I think back to the events of yesterday and frown. Hannah. My Best friend since elementary school. the girl who  thought was dead. was standing in front of me in the middle of olive garden. who does that... who fakes their own death.. i really want to talk to her again. but i know she was always the jealous type. and i cant lose Meredith. 

I feel shuffling beside me and see those beautiful brown eyes open and look at me

"good morning baby" i say smiling down at her. She half smiles back and pulls the covers around her more. 

That smiles gonna be the death of me

"What did i say about hiding from me" i say pulling the covers off her face to see her frowning. 

"Hey, whats wrong" I say looking into her eyes

"What if you become friends with Hannah again and you forget about me. i want you to be happy. please don't think i don't but i'm so scared.. i don't want to lose you." she says looking down

"look at me. I want you. no one else. babygirl. i could never forget you. you mean everything to me and i know we haven't been dating that long but you have already made such a huge impact on my life. don't ever think i don't want you in my life. because i do" i say rubbing my thumb along her jaw line. She looks up at me then puts her head on my chest

"thank you" she mumbles and wraps her arms around me. we sit there for a minute before she leans her head back

"We should make Wan-cakes" i look at her confused. 

"what the hell are Wan-cakes" i ask laughing

"there like a waffle.. but made with pancake batter. its basically like a square pancake" she laughs into my shirt

"i swear, you are so cute, but c'mon lets go make your Wan-cakes" i say standing up and holding out my hand for her to grab. she stands up and we walk into the little kitchen

"i was wondering why you wanted me to buy pancake batter last night" i say grabbing it off the counter. She grabs it from me and puts in in a bowl and mixes it with the water. i sit on the counter and stare at her while she works. she catches me staring at her and starts to blush

"what are you looking at" she says pouring the first cup of batter into a pan 

"you. your so beautiful" i say getting off the counter and walking up to her. she continues to make the Wan-cakes as i put my chin on her shoulder. She makes like 50 and puts them on a plate. she smiles at me and i smile back

"WAKE UP YOU LAZY ASSES WE MADE FOOD" Meredith screams at the others. i swear i've never seen them get up that fast. They all grab some and we sit down at the table

"So how did everyone sleep" Amanda asks as she takes a bite.

"I would've slept fine but Matthews foot was in my back the whole night" Aaron says glaring Matthew's way. he smiles at him and waves his fork at him

"what are we doing today?" i ask looking at everyone 

"Me, Nash and Matthew were gonna make a video" Cameron says putting his plate in the trash 

i nod and finish my Wan-cake and throw my plate away.  i walk to the couch and sit next to Meredith. She smiles at me and lays her head on my shoulder 

"are you tired baby" I ask looking down at her. She nod so i pick her up and carry her to her bed

"take a nap baby, ill wake you up in a little bit" i say kissing her forehead. but before i could say anything else. she was asleep.

i seriously think I'm in love with this girl
