Chapter 57: Long time no see

Laurie's POV:

We room around the streets, admiring the architecture of the city, me holding Daniel's hand.

We stop several times to make a mini photo shoot of the boys or to just observe.

We then take a small walk in the park near Buckingham palace. The boys have met some fans here and there and me and Alexa some as well.

We stop to get an ice cream and that's when I notice a person approach us. From far he seems familiar. But when he gets close, I realize who it is.

"Oh hey guys. I never thought I would see you around." He greets us.

"Hey." I greet back, trying to be the most polite I can. "Long time no see." I add. He nods.

Daniel wraps his arm around my waist and pulls me closer to him, like claiming I'm his. I see a spark of jealousy in his eyes as I smile.

"What are you doing here?" Alexa asks, standing beside me.

"Well as you know, I attend to University here and I work right across the street. I just finished my shift." He says, pointing to the restaurant across from where we are.

I just nod. We stand there without saying a word. "Um where are you guys staying?" He asks, scratching the back of his neck.

"In a hotel a few blocks from here." Corbyn explains. He nods.

"Would you like me to show you around?" He suggests.

"Actually we're fine Thomas, Alexa is giving us a tour." Daniel replies quickly.

"Alexa huh?" He turns to her. "You've been here before?"

She sighs. "I'm shooting a movie here right now. I've been staying here for several months already." She explains.

"Wow really? You got the accent now. I should have guessed. Curious I didn't see you around these months."

"How long have you been here?" I ask. "For four months now." I nod.

"Well, it was nice talking to you Thomas. See you around." Daniel puts his arm around my shoulder and starts walking off.

"Wait! Here's my number if you need anything." He hands me and Alexa a piece of paper with his new number to each.

"Bye!" He waves before walking off. I take a look at the paper and notice Alexa tearing it in several pieces.

"I certainly do not need this." She says, throwing the pieces of paper in the nearest bin.

I intertwine my fingers with Daniel's. He takes the number from my hand and puts it in the bin as well.

"I don't want him getting any close from my princess." He says, with a slight bit of anger in his voice. "Not after what he did to you back in LA." He frowns.

"Is someone jelly?" I tease, poking the tip if his nose.

"Pff. Of course not." He shakes his head. I raise and eyebrow at him.

"Okay maybe I'm being a little overprotective." He smiles innocently.

"I'm not letting anything bad happen to you. Not anymore. You deserve the whole world." He holds me tighter.

We both lean in until our lips connect and share a sweet kiss.

"Okay maybe you guys can eat each other's face later in the hotel. Let's continue with our tour shall we?" Alexa interrupts us and suggests.

We all agree and head off to Big Ben, where the boys took a good amount of pictures for instagram.

And we spent the rest of the day visiting London until it's time to head back to the hotel, passing by McDonalds before.

Once we arrive our hotel room, I quickly get changed in my onesie pjs.

I plop in the bed and switch on the TV. I start watching but then my attention goes to Daniel, who sits beside me, in some sweatpants and shirtless.

"How can you be shirtless in this cold?" I state. He just shrugs. "I can't sleep with a shirt on and I have to impress my girl right?" He winks at me.

I roll my eyes playfully and put on my hood from my onesie. "Whatever weirdo."

"You're the weirdo that sleeps in a unicorn onesie." He laughs. "But I'm not complaining, you look cute. Not like you don't in a daily basis but you look cuter." He pecks my nose.

I snuggle myself in his arms and cup his cheek with one hand.

I pull him closer and kiss him. Our lips move in perfect sync and he uses his hand to put it behind my back.

We are interrupted from our make out session by a knock on the door. I groan and get up.

"I swear if it's one of the boys." Daniel sighs.

I turn the door knob and open it slightly.

"Thomas? What are you doing here?"
