Chapter 38: Couple goals

Laurie's POV:

I walk with Daniel and Alexa to Dylan's place.

Now that I think about it, it's been so long since I spent time with Dylan. It's just that I've been so busy with life. I guess it's the perfect ocasion to hang out a little.

Once we arrive, I tell Alexa to wait and hide at the entrance. I knock at the door with Daniel right behind me.

Now that I think about it also, Daniel has never met Dylan before. Again, it's the perfect ocasion to introduce themselves.

The door slightly opens. "Who is it?" I hear Dylan ask. "It's Laurie." I answer.

The door opens completely. "Hey there Laur. Long time no see." We hug.

"Yep. Sorry we couldn't hamg out I've been so busy lately." I explain. "Yeah it's fine. I've been really busy as well." I nod.

"So, who's this?" He asks referring to Daniel.

"Oh yeah so Dylan this is my boyfriend Daniel, Daniel this is Alexa's boyfriend and a good friend of mine Dylan." I introduce them.

"Nice to meet you pal." Dylan takes out his hand for Daniel to shake it. They shake hands.

"I've heard from you. You know, Alexa talks a lot about Laurie's crush." He teases me and I blush. Dangit Alexa why.

"Oh really?" Dan chuckles. "Same here, Laurie talks a lot about her bestfriend's relationship that it's goals and that you and Alexa are perfect for each other bla bla bla." He laughs.

"Well thank you Laur for telling that our relationship is goals." He tells me. I roll my eyes playfully.

"So how have you been lately." I ask as he leads us to his living room.

"It's been alright. I guess. It just feels weird not having Alexa around. I miss her crazyness, her clumsiness. I miss her." He sadly says.

I smile at him. "She's going to be back before you know it." I put a hand on his shoulder.

"I hope so. I just miss her so much, I love her." He confesses.

I stay there in shock and in awe. Dylan never told Alexa he loves her. And this is just to cute. Okay Laurie control yourself, breathe in, breathe out, don't freak out and fangirl in front if him.

"I love you too." Alexa says from behind Dylan. He freezes as he turns around and sees her standing in front of him.

"What the-" He is speachless and without even thinking about it, he engulfs her in a big hug.

"How? What?" He still doesn't believe it and just cups Alexa's face and they share a passionate kiss.

I just smile and hug Daniel. I love seeing my bestfriend happy. She deserves the world.

"Why are you here?" He hugs her tighter.

"Well they gave me a few days of break so I thought I would visit you." She explains.

He didn't say anything and just leans in and kisses her again.

"God I missed this." He whispers to her. She giggles. "I missed it too." They lean on each other's foreheads.

"This is goals. It's too cute." I whisper to Daniel. "I know. But you know, we are goals too." He winks at me. I playfully punch his arm. "Don't ruin the moment." I hiss at him.

"Well we'll leave you two alone and enjoy your presence I have to show something to Laurie. See you around." Daniel says dragging me out.

"Have fun. But not too much." I wink at them. Alexa just glares at us. "Okay jeez sorry." I laugh quietly closing the door.

I'm pulled by the arm. "So, watcha wanna show me?" I ask Daniel.

We go out in the street before he responds me. "I want to show you we are couple goals." He grabs my hand and we intertwine fingers. I laugh at him.

"You're cute." I tell him before kissing his cheek.

"I know right?" He flips his nonexisting hair.

"Moment ruined." I frown and let go of his hand.

"No! Wait! Sorry I just had to." He panics. I just laugh at him and hold his hand again.

"You're such a drama queen." I continue walking.

"Um excuse me? Who? Me? A drama queen? Pfff of course not." He defends. "Uh-huh. Whatever you say drama queen."

He puts a hand on his chest acting like he's been hurt. "How could you." He looks away and shedding a fake tear.

I just laugh. "You never fail to make me laugh with your goofyness." I tell him.

"And you never fail to make me happy." He smiles at me.

"God you're so cheesy." I giggle. "Well you started it." He puts his hands up in defense. "Whatever." I roll my eyes playfully.

"And how are you going to show me that we are couple goals?" I ask him.

He ignores me. "Here let's take some pictures together. I don't have much photos with you and I plan on filling my camera roll with pictures of both of us." He says taking out his phone.

I grin at him. "How can someone be this adorable." I lean my head on him.

"I don't know you should ask yourself. Or Kong. I swear that dog is one of the cutest things on earth after you." He exagerates.

"I was talking about you but yeah Kong is also really adorable." I say nodding.

"And so are you." He smiles showing his cute tooth gap. I look away as I blush.

It's still unreal thinking that this boy is my boyfriend. It makes me happy.
