Laurie's POV:We meet up with the others to eat lunch, before going back shopping.
I'm in the mood for some Subway, Jack and Zach as well so we go and fall in line.
Right accross the food court, Daniel and Krista are still glued to each other which is starting to piss me off.
It's like Daniel forgot about me.
Jack and Zach get their food and it's my turn to order.
Once I get my sandwich, I walk to where they are sitting. I then realise, there are no more seats.
"Ahem. Where am I sitting?" I ask, interrupting any conversation.
"Oh Laurie, maybe you could go to another table. There are no more seats." Daniel rejects me. I stand there shocked.
Corbyn gives him a dirty glare.
"Okay then. Bon appétit." I say pretty mad and walk to another table, quite far away from the others.
I sit and see Corbyn and Zach sitting in the same table that I do.
"Sorry about Daniel he is just-" "Busy talking to Krista. Yeah it's fine." I cut Corbyn off, opening the paper bag where my sandwich is.
"So Kiwi, why don't we pass by the shoe store?" Corbyn suggests eating a mouthfull of pasta.
A small smile appears on my face. "Is that even a question?" I smirk.
"Oh no." Zach comments shaking his head.
We all laugh. "What is wrong Zachypoo? You're wondering why you hang out with amazing people like us?" I flip my hair, that is tied up in a bun.
"No actually. I'm trying to figure out a way to sneak out and free myself from you people that are shit crazy." He exagerates.
"You people? YOU PEOPLE?" Corbyn glares at him.
"Watch your grammar kid. And your language. If not I'll have to send you back to school to educate you." He warns Zach.
"How can you you watch a language?" He laughs. "Fool." I laugh.
"And why send me back to school when Mama Kiwi can educate me." He crosses his arms.
"True true." Bean says sipping his soda.
All I do is laugh. Man I do have some weird friends.
-----------------------------
We pass in front of the shoe store and Corbyn and I run inside like maniacs.
"Remind me why am I friends with you." Zach sighs entering following us.
I run towards the sports section ignoring him.
I spot the pair of blue shoes I wanted to buy months ago. Thank god there are still available.
I take a grip on the shoe and check the price. It's cheaper now. I smile to myself. I have enough money to afford them.
I feel a grip around my hand. Daniel's.
"You're not going to get that aren't you." He says worried. How did he get here?
"Hell yeah I am. I've been wanting this shoes for like, forever." I reply, slightly annoyed.
"I don't think you should buy that Laurie." It's weird that he calls me Laurie. He always calls me Dimples, Kiwi or other cute nicknames or Laur. But never Laurie.
"Why not Daniel?" I ask, putting my weight on my left leg.
"Because..."
"Because what?" I say, a bit louder. "Tell me. Explain to me why are you acting like this? Why is my boyfriend ignoring me? Why is he hiding something from me?" I say, everytime a little louder.
He stays quiet.
"I don't know what you and Krista were talking about in Forever 21. But you know what? If you don't want to tell me, if you don't trust me, it's fine. We're in a relationship and not supposed to keep things from each other." I say putting the shoe back down.
"Give me a call when you're ready to talking about whatever you're hiding." I say walking out, before being stopped by Zach.
"Kiwi where are you going?" He asks grabbing my hand.
"Home." I say dryly, releasing myself from his grip and storming off.
I'm mad. With Daniel, Krista, everyone. Apparently the others know also.
What are they hiding from me? I need answers.
