Chapter 33: Honey's Dark Past

-HONEY'S POV-

Me and my brother are sitting in the bench infront of the big lake just by our big house. I'm wearing a dress while holding a yellow gumamela flower. My brother on the side is wearing an ordinary dress.

"Older brother, I want to be like you. Kailan ba ako pepwedeng maging magaling na assassin kagaya niyo nila kuya Ethan, at kuya Roderick?"- tanong ko kay kuya Edison na kasama ko nga ngayon. He's 14 yrs older than me. I'm six by the way.

"Hmm.. If your ready to be an assassin baby girl."- sabi niya.

"Pero kailan nga? I heard dad that you all become an assassin when your are 16 yrs old. Am I gonna be like you guys when I'm 16?"- curios kong tanong habang nilalaro ang bulaklak. Humarap ako sa kanya at nilapit ko ang kamay ko sa bandang tainga niya saka ko nilagay ang bulaklak. Napangiti lang siya sa ginagawa ko.

"Actually baby girl hanggat maaari hindi ka namin papayagan ng mga kuya mo na maging katulad namin."- malungkot niyang saad.

"Why?"- I stare to his eyes and I see he's really sad.

"If you become an assassin you only obey your masters order always. If it is bad or good you have no choice. Me and your other brothers live like that and its really sad. Well its kinda cool afterall but you don't have much freedom to do what you really wanted to do."- paliwanag niya.

"Ohh? I didn't know about that."- napayuko ako at nilalaro ang paa ko. And I'm a little bit disappointed when I heard that.

"That's why we don't want you to be like us. Your our only sister and we always wanted to protect you and also mom. Even dad too don't want you to be an assassin."- he stand up and I think aalis na siya.

"Where are you going brother?"- I asked.

"To work..you know. Take care baby girl. Ethan and Roderick will visit you here at night. Be a good girl always. Love you."- he lean and kiss me on the cheek. I just wave at him and then he left me alone.

This is really making me sad. I do have servants at my back but I feels like I'm really alone.

~•~ AT KNIGHT ~•~

"Mom? Kuya Ethan and kuya Roderick are they really coming to visit me tonight?"- excited kong tanong kay mommy. We were in the dinning area and were ready to eat dinner.

"Yes, kaya nga ako nagpahanda ng marami dahil darating sila. Are you happy?"- mom smile at me and I'm so excited!

"Yes!"- she tap my head ang giggled me a bit. Tumayo na rin siya ng biglang nag ring ang phone niya.

*Kringgg.! Kringg.!

*Kringgg.! Kringg.!

"Yes?"- tanong niya sa kabilang linya.

"What?!"- biglang nag iba ang ekspresyon ng kanyang mukha. Para bang takot?

"No! No! No! That cant be! God!"-patuloy pa niya at hindi ko maintindihan kung ano ang nangyayari.

"God no! Huhuhu..!!"- bagsak na napaupo si mommy sa sahig kaya nabigla ako. Dali-sali akong lumapit sa kanya na puno ng pag-alala dahil bigla na lang din siyang humagulgol ng iyak.
