Author's note: Hey guys, thank you for reading my story 😊 Here is a new chapter, a little earlier than usual. Don't worry there will be a new chapter on Friday like usual.

Elektra's POV

"I'M GONNA RIP YOU APART"

The rogue, surprised by my behaviour, stopped momentarily his pursue of the siblings and turned his full attention towards me. For a brief moment I saw his pupils dilate in surprise but I was too far gone to question his reaction.

My body moved then, it was as if I was being guided by an animalistic instinct to pursue, attack and kill prey. At the moment the rogue was my prey and there was nothing I wanted more then seeing him howl in agony as I crush his windpipe.

I gave chase, my legs running faster than I had ever ran before, the ground crumbled beneath my feet creating indentations, my lips were curled upwards giving way to a sharp set of canines that had not been there before and a menacing growl escaped my lips as I got closer to the rogue.

Sensing danger the enemy shifter took on a fighting stance, teeth bearing and mouth salivating at the prospect of ripping my throat out with its teeth.

I was a couple of feet away from the rogue when he decided to attack. He lunged forward snapping his jaws open, hoping to catch me within them. When his canines were inches away from my neck I leapt in the air, raised my hand, made a fist and as I fell punched the shifter on his back, colliding with his spine, loving the sound of him howling from the pain.

Angered by my actions he quickly recovered, raised his paw and swiped at me but I dodged and reappeared on the other side of him. I was too fast for him to be able to follow me with his eyes and that was an advantage I could not pass up. I raised my fist once more and drove it through his side, hearing the cracking of bones and the agonising howl of pain that followed.

The punch was strong enough to push the shifter 10 feet away from where it previously stood. The rogue was in pain and disoriented, he could not move properly, most likely due to his broken ribs. He wobbled from side to side, quickly losing strength but I was nowhere near finished.

I want him to suffer

My anger grew the longer I stared at the rogue. I was not done, not by a long shot, I wanted him dead.

When the rogue finally managed to balance himself once more I ran towards him. He did not notice me approaching, it wasn't until I was too close for him to dodge or defend did he realise I was there. I rammed my fist down on his snout, once again hearing the crack of a bone beneath his fur snap at the strength of my fist. I quickly crouch down, dodging his left paw as he once again tries to hit me, unknowingly leaving his left side unguarded.

My right fist collides with his side and I follow it up with a left hook to his jaw. I back away from the rogue, creating distance between us whilst he recovers from the previous blows. I get a running start and make my way to the rogue once more, this time preparing myself for the impact of our collision.

Without thinking it through I run straight into the rogue, just as a rugby player tackles their opponent in order to stop them from scoring, I put all my weight and power behind pushing him away.

I watch almost in slow motion as the shifter gets thrown onto a tree that was standing a few feet from me, making it snap with the weight of the wolf. The tree falls over, thankfully in the opposite direction to the house, and creates a loud noise as it hits the ground.

My eyes stare at the rogue as he finally loses consciousness and blood pours out of his mouth and stomach. There is a large piece of wood sticking out from his abdomen, it appears he got pierced when he collided with the tree.
