Nathan and I made it safely to my home. It was a sleepless flight, but I didn't feel tired at all. When I stepped out of the car, I suddenly had this uncomfortable feeling settle in the pit of my stomach. Something didn't feel right, but I pushed it aside, convincing myself that I was too paranoid.

"Are you okay?" Nathan asked me, noticing my mood change.

"Huh? Oh, yes, I'm okay."

I walked up to the front door, and unlocked it, Nathan following shortly behind with the luggage. I opened the door and I gasped, bringing my hands to my mouth.

My whole house was trashed. Everything was broken or thrown to the floor. On the wall in the kitchen, it read in red paint: You will pay, in big, bold letters. I fell to my knees and Nathan rushed to my side, grabbing ahold of my shoulders.

"Kimberly.."

I had tears in my eyes as I kept looking around, glancing at all the destroyed valuables in the house. They destroyed just about everything. It didn't look like they took anything, but just destroyed it. "Isaiah.. Winchester..," was all I managed to say before I began to cry out loud. My whole body shook and I took deep, shaky breaths.

Nathan didn't say anything. He couldn't. What could you possibly say in this situation. Instead, he sat down next to me on the floor and wrapped his arms around me, letting me cry in his chest. And he rocked me from side to side, doing his best to console me.

"What are you doing?" Nathan asked as he watched me sweep up broken glass and ceramics into one big pile.

"Cleaning. If my mom and Mr. Bradley come back, I don't want them to see what state the house is in."

"They won't be back for a while."

"But what about us? Where will we be staying?" I asked impatiently. I wasn't sad anymore. Instead, my sadness was replaced my anger and hate. I continued to sweep, but in faster motions than before.

"We could stay in a hotel or something. It's not safe to stay here anyways," Nathan answered as he leaned against the doorway. He had his arms crossed and he stared at me, waiting for a response. I met his gaze and I threw down the broken broom.

"Nathan. This is my home!" I raised my voice as I stepped forward. "Whether it's safe or not, is not a concern. This is my home and this is where I want to stay! If you don't want to, then you go stay somewhere else, I'll gladly stay here by myself."

It went quiet and we both stood there staring at each other. Nathan took in a deep breath as he nodded his head slowly. "Okay. If that's what you want." He turned around as he walked toward the front door. "I'm going to go make a phone call then."

I watched as he walked out the front door. As if on cue, my phone began to ring and I pulled it out of my pocket. It was Ryan calling, so I answered. "What's going on?" I asked him right away.

"I'm on my way back."

"Ryan.." My voice began to get shaky.

"What's wrong?" His tone was immediately serious.

"They trashed my house..." My voice was cracking and tears began to fill my eyes.

"Who's 'they'?"

"I don't know.. Maybe some people sent by your father. I really don't know, but my house is a mess right now. They just came in and smashed everything into pieces."

"If you want, you can stay at my place. My assistant has the extra key. Just one condition. Nathan isn't allowed to stay there and he isn't allowed to know that you'll be staying there."

"What's with you holding something against Nathan?" I asked, crossing my arms. I looked out the window to see Nathan on the phone. He seemed angry and he was arguing with the person over the phone.

"It's not that. It's something I can't tell you over the phone. I have to tell you in person."

"Okay.."

"I hope you understand, but I'll be there soon."

"Okay, Ryan. Bye.."

"Kimberly."

"Hm?"

"I love you. I love you so much."

I felt my heart skip a beat. I sucked in a shaky breath. "I love you too, Ryan."

We hung up and I put my phone back in my pocket. I saw Nathan yell angrily and then hang up. He stood there for a while, regaining his composure before coming inside.

"Who did you have to call?" I asked Nathan and he stood there, not wanting to meet my gaze.

"The hotel I wanted us to stay at. I had to cancel reservations I made," he answered and I raised an eyebrow. I stepped forward, trying to get his eyes to meet mine, but he refused to. "Well, I'll give you the space you want." Was all he said before he took his suitcase he had by the door, and he walked back outside. I watched as he got into the car and drove off.

I cleaned up around the house as best as I could. But, there was still a lot more, and the day was coming to the end. The sun was setting, and shone directly through the windows which the curtains had been ripped off of. I sighed as I sat down on the couch I tried my best to get the dust off of, and I let myself sink into the cushion.

I suddenly felt nauseous and I rushed to the bathroom. I fell on to my knees as I vomited into the toilet. I flushed it down afterwards and I rinsed my mouth out with water, since they also destroyed the mouthwash bottle as well. I sighed, looking up and staring at myself in the mirror.

Fatigue was written all over my face. Dark circles were visible underneath my eyes, and my eyes were puffy and my cheeks were swollen. Another sigh escaped my lips and I averted my gaze, not wanting to look at myself anymore.

I trudged out of the bathroom, clutching my stomach as I sat back down on the couch. I was hungry, exhausted, nauseous and stressed, and what I really wanted at that moment was... Ryan. I wanted him. I needed him.

I closed my eyes and pictured his face. I pictured him smiling, and laughing happily.

I missed those times.. so very much.
