Let me begin by saying that this is a work of fiction. The characters and plots are fiction. I came up with it myself and wrote it down so others could read what I imagined. You may not steal my ideas or my plot. That's plagiarism and copyright, very rude things to do. You might want to, but resist the power, man.
Hey, by the way, there's profanity. Sorry, but it's high school. If you haven't been to high school yet 1) Why are you on Wattpad? 2) Good luck, it's a nightmare.

This book is written in American english and with American customs. Because 'murica.
To give you an overview of the characters in the cult (It isn't an actual cult, don't get any ideas):
Lucy- main character, you follow her POV throughout the whole story.
Stefanie- Lucy's best friend. Dating Zach.
James- Lucy's best friend. But he's a guy.
Grace- Lucy's oldest friend. Dating Timothy.
Alex- Dating Ethan, not very close to Lucy.
Zach- Goes to a different school but is still in the cult. Dating Stef.
Ethan- Close guy friend of Lucy's. Dating Alex.
Timothy- Not too close to Lucy. Dating Grace.
The rest of the characters you will meet throughout the story. Any information you learn, Lucy knows as well since you are reading from her POV.
Whenever someone is recounting an experience, the text will be in past tense as if they are telling it to you, a.k.a. Lucy, yet it will show up like the rest of the book. For example: "Go on then" she urges on.
"You look nice," He said to her.
See what I mean? The present is in present tense. The recounting of events is in past tense because it was in the past. Wow, I'm so smart.
The events are as realistic as possible but sort of expanded to have more drama. Bad choices will be made and weird things will happen, but that happens to every teenager.
