Epilogue; We've been hanging out. Going on dates. I can't tell if we're dating, but it doesn't matter. We're together, somehow.

He encouraged me to express how I truly feel with my friends and so I did. And it was an equally great feeling when I cried, hugging him.

I unleashed it all, in the form of words.

"I need to tell you guys something."

Their heads perked up.

"I've never felt satisfied when I hung out with you guys. I thought it was because we weren't alike at all, but how would I know if I don't talk to you guys? You always try to be inclusive; I just end it vaguely with lies. I haven't been honest; I'm the reason why I never felt happy. I needed to share my feelings, not shove them aside. My smiles aren't genuine, and I would like them to be from now on."

We had a group hug.

"We could tell something was off. We're glad you told us, though. Let's see those real smile of yours, okay?" Yugyeom said.

"Be our radiant sunshine and give us that long awaited smile!" Yeri chirped.

I listened. I smiled. A real one at last for my friends.

Seeing as how I opened up to my friends, it is only fair for Hoseok to tell them about his smile.

He mentions it to them and they nod. A look of worry appears on their faces, but he calms them down. Then he points to me. He flashes a genuine smile, no sadness visible.

"Our sunshine is back!" they cheer. I mentally cheer with them.

No more masks. No more walls. And—more importantly—no more facades. We're only sharing real smiles along with words. We're showing our true selves.
