A Howling Surprise
Jayce Slade"Mr Blue sky, please tell me why, you had to hide away for so long! So long-" Cyblow sung along with the music playing from the jeeps radio as I assumed he drove the car. I must've fallen asleep, and I woke to the sounds of a surprisingly good singer, he was no Elton John, but the guy had pipes.
I looked at my surroundings, we certainly weren't in the desert where Sandlock was.
"Where are we?" I asked looking over to Cyblow. I nearly jumped out of the car seat in shock as I saw Cyblow steering the wheel with his feet as he had a large cement block on the gas pedal.
"Cyblow! What the hell are you doing?" I yelled in horror as I debated whether or not it was safer to jump out now or see if we crash.
Cyblow looked up from his comic book he was reading in question, as if he wasn't literally doing one of the most dangerous things I could think of.
"What?" he asked.
"You- I- Stop the car!" I shouted just trying to get the words out.
Cyblow lowered his comic book and sat up, moving the cement block and grabbing the wheel with his hands.
I took a deep breath as I sat back in the car. I felt the car slowly come to a stop.
"And, we're here" Cyblow spoke as he jumped out of the drivers seat. I sat up in surprise.
"What?" I asked as I looked straight ahead of us. There was a large black stone brick castle resting on a valley.
"What the hell" I mumbled.
Cyblow walked over to the trunk, and pulled out a large handmade gun that seemed to be some kind of crossover between a RPG, a scar, a slug gun and a chainsaw.
"Good call with the stop, We might've passed it" Cyblow spoke as if that was the worst thing that could've happened as he walked towards the castle, having his funky looking gun hanging from a strap over his back.
I still sat in shock, We honestly could've died just because this guy wanted to pull some kind of stupid stunt. Why the hell was I even trusting him to bring me to my friends, he was some form of psychopath.
"Hey, you coming?" Cyblow asked turning to look at me. I nodded and slowly climbed out of the jeep, my legs still shaking a bit from the near death experience.
Note to self, don't ever get in a car with him ever, ever, ever again.
We approached the large castle, we were maybe three hundred meters away from the gate, I walked alongside Cyblow, insuring my pistol was strapped into it's holster.
"Where are we?" I asked.
"Blakwall Castle" Cyblow replied. "This is where one of your friends are kept right?"
I nodded taking the list out of my pocket and reading it over.
"Charity and Jerry" I spoke as we stopped maybe fifty meters away from the front gate since someone in heavy knight armour appeared on top of the wall aiming a rifle at us.
"State your names and your business here! Or you better think about running!" the sniper yelled down to us.
I looked over to Cyblow as I raised my hands to the sky. I noticed Cyblow didn't even seem threatened, instead he just shouted back up to the man on the gate
"Get Claws out here! Tell her it's Cyblow here for another booty call!" Cyblow shouted as the sniper disappeared from the wall.
I looked over to Cyblow. "You and Claws, um? Booty call?" I asked.
