Reunited
Max WitheredI've been thinking it through all night, and I knew that if I were to find this bunker, I'd need help. Someone to watch my back, and someone to get me through that sealed door.
I might be able to teleport through it but it's far too risky, the bunker is built by the Creator so if he somehow made the bunker teleport proof.
I didn't even want to take the chance.
All I know is that someone was inside that bunker still, and whoever he or she is would help me kill the Creator.
I got to my feet, I knew who I needed to recruit first.
Shane.
He was a bomb maker, and could help me get through the door, he proved to be quite useful while we were building the blimp.
The one problem would be Kiera, she wouldn't just let me go on a wild goose chase while there's a war to prepare for. Especially since I want to bring a small team with me.
The other problem is that she wouldn't be able to stop me from going. Then again, if she knew about my plan she would likely disagree and would try to stop me, only delaying my mission and possibly allowing the Creator to grow stronger.
I knocked on Shane's huts door. It took a few seconds but the door opened and Shane stood in the doorway.
I gently pushed him inside and entered the small hut, he already seemed fully unpacked, although it has been several weeks since we arrived most of us still haven't settled in.
Shane closed the door and turned to face me.
"What's going on Max?" He asked.
"I need your help" I spoke.
Shane nodded. "Anything, what is it?"
I thought it over, should I even tell him? Telling Shane could ruin my entire plan, the others know about the Creator, but none of them, not even Ryder would fully understand why I need to find him so badly.
"I'm going to a bunker, it's near the City" I started to explain.
"Alright" Shane spoke still not understanding why I was telling him this.
I decided to restart.
"I had a dream, or a vision. Basically I came here to hunt down the Creator, and I believe that there is something inside that bunker that will help me defeat him" I spoke.
"And you know this...from your dream?" Shane asked.
I nodded.
"Vision, but yes" I spoke.
"Right...and why do you need me?" Shane asked.
"There's a door, it's locked, I need you to blow it open, your a bomb maker right?" I asked.
"Yes, but isn't Cyblow too? From the stories you told us, he sounds better then me" Shane explained.
"No, I can't trust that man. He lost his memories but if they come flooding back he may turn on me" I explained.
"Alright, but why don't we just tell Kiera?" Shane asked.
"Because, Kiera is focused on this war thing, she wouldn't let me go off on my own right now. I need to do this" I explained, basically begging him to help me.
"Fine" he answered.
"When" he asked.
"Soon, tonight, I want you to find a car, load it with whatever you need and head outside of the base. Meet me a few miles up the road towards the City" I spoke.
