I'm with Elena as she's knocking on the Salvatore Boarding House door knocker with her right hand, repeatedly, and she puts it down, and the door opens, and we see Damon. "Hello, Elena. Smartass." He says, smiling, looking between us both. "Stefan here? He called, said it was important." Elena says and he steps back. "Right this way." He says, and we walk in, as she's looking for Stefan, and hear footsteps. "Hey." Stefan says, and we look at him. "What is this about?" I ask, and he turns around, and we see Rose step forward. "You." Elena says. "Rose." I say and she gives a small smile, and waves with her right hand, and puts it down, and Stefan steps in front of us, as Elena exhales.
We're in the Living Room with Damon, Stefan, and Rose, sitting on the couch while Elena has her arms crossed, as Rose is walking around. "Ok, you all have to understand I only know what I've picked up over the years. And I don't know what's true and what's not true. That's the problem with all this vampire shit. But Klaus, I know is real." She says. "Who is he?" I ask. "One of the Originals. He's a legend." Damon says. "From the First Generation of Vampires." Stefan says. "Like Elijah?" Elena asks. "No. Elijah was the Santa Claus compared to Klaus." Rose says, putting her hands on her hips. "He was a Foot Soldier. Klaus is the real deal." She says. "Klaus is know to be the eldest." Stefan says, and I point at him with my right index finger. "Ok, so you're saying that the oldest vampire in the History of Time is coming after Elena and I?" I ask, pointing at Damon, and put my hand down, and look at Rose. "Yes." Rose says. "No." Stefan says. "What they're saying is. I mean, if what she's is true.." Damon says, walking past Elena and I, as we look at him. "Which it is." Rose says. "And you're not just saying it so we don't kill you.." Damon says, looking at her, and back to us. "Which I'm not." She says. "Then we're looking at a solid maybe." Damon says, extending his hands out, and puts them down. "Look, Elijah's dead, right? You haven't had any weird dreams?" Stefan asks, and Elena nods, as he walks over to us, extending his arms out. "So no one else even knows that you two even exist." He says, putting his hands down, and sits next to me on my left side. "Not that you know of." Rose says. "That's not helping." Damon says. "Look, I've never even met anyone who's laid eyes on him. I mean, we're talking centuries of truth mixed with fiction." Stefan says, as we look at them, and he looks at us, as we look at him. "We don't know if he's real. For all we know, he could just be some sort of stupid bedtime story." He says. "He's real, and he doesn't give up." Rose says, as we look at her. "If he wants something, he gets it. If you're not afraid of Klaus, then you're an idiot." She says. "Alright, we're shaking. You made your point." Damon says, and Elena grabs her bag, stands up, walking towards the door and I follow her. "Where are you two going?" Stefan asks, as Elena and I stop and look at him. "School. We're late." I say, and look at Damon and Rose, and Stefan stand up, walking over to us, as we look at him. "Let me, uh. Let me grab my stuff. I'll go with you guys." He says. "That's ok. We know where it is." Elena says, nodding, and gives a small smile, and turn around, and walk off.
I'm walking with Elena and Caroline to the old Church, carrying the bag with the Petrovs book in it. "Tell everyone Adam and I weren't feeling well and went home from school." Elena says. "I can't believe I'm agreeing to this. I'm a terrible liar." Caroline says. "Keep Stefan busy. We don't want him to know what we're up to." I say. "I'm even worse at duplicity, and you know this." Caroline says. "You managed to keep me occupied when Katherine paid Stefan a visit." Elena says. "Yeah, because she threatened me. Not that I'm saying that you should use that as a Tactic. It's--" Caroline says, and we stop walking, as we look at her "Stefan's gonna see right through me." He says. "Caroline, as our friend, do you promise or not?" I ask, and she looks to the right, and sighs, and looks back at us. "You had to break out the Friend Code." He says, and Elena sighs. "Ok. I promise." Caroline says, and I nod. "Ok." I say, and turn around, and walk towards the entrance. "Why don't you want Stefan to know?" Caroline asks. "Because he would never be ok with us doing this." Elena says and we walk down the steps to the Tomb. "Are you sure you want to do this?" Caroline asks, and we look at her. "Yes, we're sure. They're the only ones who knows the truth about Klaus, the only ones who can tell us how to stop him." I say, looking to my left at the Tomb. "But you're asking for the truth from someone who's probably never given it. Are you sure about this?" Caroline asks, and I sigh. "Yes. I can't just sit back and wait. I have to know, Caroline." Elena says, nodding and Caroline looks to the right at the Tomb and back to us. "Please." I say, and he looks back at the Tomb, Elena and I, and the Tomb again, and walks over to it, as we look at her, and take a few steps forward. Caroline lifts the door up, and pulls it backwards, and to the left, and lays it down against the wall, and sets it down, and walks back over to us, and I take a few steps forward to the Tomb with Elena. "Katherine. Dimitri." Elena says and her voice echoes, and we turn around, looking at Caroline. "We'll be okay from here." I say and she sighs, and I hear shuffling, and turn around, and we Katherine and Dimitri walking forward, slowly, as their barefoot, wearing the same clothes from the Masquerade Ball and they catches the wall, after almost tripping and Dimitri looks exactly like me without glasses. "Hello, Adam, Elena. You come to watch us wither away?" Katherine asks, with her voice strained, and looks at Caroline. "Goodbye, Caroline." She says, and we look at Caroline. "As long as we stay on this side of the door, they can't hurt us." I say, as he looks at us. "Please." Elena says and Caroline sighs, and walks off, and we look back at Katherine and Dimitri, and walk closer to him, and I set my bag down. "Taste in men and clothing, I'll give you that. Stefan know you two are here?" Dimitri asks. "I brought you some things." Elena says, opening my bag. "You came to bribe me? What is it that you two want?" Katherine asks, as I pull out two pillows with my hands, and throw it on the floor next to them. "I want you to tell me about Klaus." Elena says. "Oh.. you two have been busy." Dimitri says, smiling, and I pull out a latern with my left hand, and set it down, and pull out the Petrova book. "I also brought you this. It's your Family History. We've read it. It says in here that the Family Line ended with you. Obviously that's not true." I say. "You think that if you guys brought us some family keepsake of a book, that we'd open up?" Katherine asks, and I let my left hand go, and pull out a two bottles of blood. "I also brought you both this." I say, holding it up and they dash forward, unable to get out of the Tomb. "You two don't look so good. How long before your body shuts down? Five, Ten, Twenty years? Must be painful to desiccate and mummify. I can't even imagine." Elena says, sarcastically, and they sit down, and I crouch down, and pull out two cups from my hoodie, and pour a little bit of blood into the cups, and set the bottle and cups down, and grab a stick next to me with my right hand, and use it to push the cups towards them, and they slowly pick them up with their right hands, and groan. "You have the Petrova fire." Dimitri says and they down their cups, and gasp. "More blood?" I ask, and they set the cups down, and I pull it back with the stick. "It's a long story, Klaus and us." Katherine says, as I pick up the cups with my hands and pour more blood into them. "Goes all the way back to England, fourteen ninety two." Dimitri says, as I set the cups and bottle down, and grab the stick with my right hand, and push them back towards them. "After we left Bulgaria." Katherine says and they pick up the cups with their right hands. "Or was thrown out." Dimitri says and they down the cups again. "Thrown out?" Elena asks. "Our family, your true Ancestors.. they disowned us. My indiscretions were not tolerated at that time. I somehow had a baby out of Wedlock, considering I'm a male. The shame. Katherine had her own with some blonde guy." Dimitri says. "It was kept secret?" I ask. "Mhm. Our babies were given away. At least Dimitri didn't get bigger. It was like he was never pregnant. But I looked like a fucking blueberry. We were banished to England and had to learn to adjust. So I quickly became English. It was there that I caught the eye of a Nobleman named Klaus. We were taken with Klaus at first, until we found out what he was and what he wanted from us.. and then we ran like hell." Katherine says, and I stand up after grabbing the bottle with my left hand. "So.. what did Klaus want?" I ask. "Same thing that he'll want from you both. He wants to break the Curse." Dimitri says. "By sacrificing the Petrova Doppelgangers." I say. "He wanted to drain every single drop of blood from our bodies." He says.
