I'm at the Salvatore Boarding House wearing a black shirt and jeans with my gray vans, walking into Stefan's room. "Stefan?" I ask looking around. "Stefan?" I ask looking at his bed and can feel someone behind me. "You're standing right behind me, aren't you?" I ask. "Yep." He says, and I turn around, seeing him only in black underwear, smiling at me, and I quickly put my right hand over my eyes. "Sorry. I didn't know you were getting dressed." I say he laughs. "Okay." He says and puts my hand down as I see him in a white tank top. "Look, I can't pretend like everything's okay." He says. "Katherine and Dimitri are locked away in the Tomb." I say, shaking my head and walk over to his drawer as he sighs. "I know, but we still have this pressing little issue of you and Elena being Klaus' human sacrifice." He says as I open his drawer with my right hand and pull out a small vial of Vervain, and close his drawer, uncapping it, and look at him. "Yes, but Elijah promised to keep me and everyone else safe as long as we play by his rules." I say, and walk over to his alcohol stash, and pour the vial into a glass. "Right. As long as you and Elena play by his rules." He says. "I know. Please don't go after Isobel." I say looking at him and look back at the glass. "Katherine said Isobel could have some answers and I just have a couple questions, that's all." He says as I pour water into the glass with my right hand and set it down, and pick up the cup with my left, and look at him. "Stefan, I made a deal with Elijah." I say and sip my water. "Right. You made a deal with him. I didn't make one. You should keep your deal." He says and I walk over to him. "Stefan, I don't want anyone else to get hurt." I say. "When have I ever wanted somebody to get hurt?" He asks and I sigh, and hold up the glass. "Vervain. I made it light." I say as he reaches for it with his left hand, and I pull it back, and he sets his hand down. "But are you sure? Just because Katherine and Dimitri built up a tolerance--" I say, and he looks down, and back up to me. "Yes." He says, taking it from me with his right hand. "Bottoms up." He says, drinking it as I put my hands down. "Ohh!" He exclaims coughing on the floor as I rub his back with my right hand. "Oh!" He exclaims, looking at me, and stands up, "Oh." He says, and I touch the ride side of his face with my left hand. "You okay?" I ask. "Yeah. Ugh." He says. "How can Elijah compel another Vampire?" I ask. "He's an Original. I don't really know what that means. I don't think anybody really knows what that means. Well.." He says and looks down, and back up to me. "Except maybe Isobel. Maybe we should ask her." He says and starts to walk off, and I sigh. "Wait." I say and he walks back over to me. "What is it? What's wrong?" He asks, concerned. "What if the Original Vampires are just that? The first vampires? You know, first created or something? That could be why they have more skills than your average vampire." I say. "You're also never wrong. It would make sense." He says.
I'm in the Library and see Damon and Rose. I look at Rose's wound from the bite, and it's horrible. "Definitely.. better. Right, Adam?" Damon asks looking at me and Rose looks at me. "Um.. it's not bad." I say, shaking my head. "Where's Stefan?" Damon asks. "He left." I say, pointing behind me with my left thumb and put my hand down. "I need you to talk to him. He's convinced that he has to find Isobel but I think that's gonna upset Elijah." I say and he pours a glass of blood, and hands it to Rose. "No can do. I'm with Stefan on this one. But if you could play Doctor for a little while.." He says walking over to me. "It's not necessary." Rose says, looking at me. "It is necessary. Adam's a do gooder. It's in his nature. He just can't resist." Damon says, walking up the steps and past me as I have my arms crossed, and look at her, as she smiles at me, and I smile back, and put my arms down, and turn around, and walk off. "Damon." I say and he stops, and turns around, looking at me. "Is she gonna die?" I whisper. "Probably. The Wolf bite caused some kind of infection and it's getting worse." He whispers. "Like poison? That what it seems to be." I whisper. "I don't know, Adam. I'm not an expert in the field." He says. "I'm sorry." I say. "Death happens. We come, we go. Sooner she dies the better. It's gloomy as hell in here." He says and walks off.
