I'm in the living room as it's morning and we're waiting for Jeremy to wake up after Elena accidentally stabbed him last night, thinking he was Connor attacking her as I sip on my coffee while Kol rubs my back gently and Damon is in the room as Elena is pacing around. "I can't believe this happened. What am I going to say to him?" She asks. "Thanks for not ditching the family ring after it drove Ric crazy? You should have called Stefan." Damon says as Elena turns back around. "I don't want to talk to him. He's been lying to me and hiding things from me. He compelled Jeremy to forget God knows what." Elena says, glancing at Jeremy and back to Damon. "In all fairness, I mean, I think you killing him kinda trumps that. And you should have called Stefan." He says and she sighs. "I don't trust him right now, Damon." Elena says and we hear the front door open, and see Stefan walk in. "Hey." He says. "P.S. I called Stefan." Damon says. "Low move, mate." Kol says and takes a sip of his own coffee. "What happened? Why did you call me?" Stefan asks, concerned as Elena holds her hands out in front of her. "I just.. I need to go upstairs and shower. Clean all the blood off my hands." She says, showing her bloody hands and walks out of the room and we can hear her walking up the staircase, and see Jeremy waking up, gasping and I set my mug down, hugging him instantly and feel him hug back. "Thank God you're okay." I say before handing him my mug to sip on, and he does. "Welcome back. How are you feeling?" Stefan asks as Kol goes to the kitchen to put get Jeremy his own mug. "What happened?" Jeremy asks, handing me back my mug. "Long story. But the E-book." Damon says, smiling and Jeremy looks confused as Kol comes back with Jeremy's mug, handing it to him as I sip on mine.

I'm at the school for some occult exhibit thing as Kol is helping Bonnie since he's had experiences with witches before and I see Jeremy looking at his hand. "Hey, do you see anything on my hand?" He asks and I look at his hand before shaking my head. "No, why?" I ask, confused. "What if I told you I saw the beginning of a mark like Connor's?" He asks. "Are you serious?" I ask as we look around and back to each other as I have my arms crossed. "It showed up after he died. He told me that I was a potential. That that's why I could see his mark." He says. "So what does that make you? Like, the next chosen one or something? Huh, Buffy?" I ask and we see April and Professor Shane walking over to us, holding artifacts. "Hi, guys." She says. "Hey, April." Jeremy and I say at the same time. "Well, don't let her do the heavy lifting. I found her wandering the hallways with this." He says, holding a giant rock." He says before shaking hands with Jeremy since Shane and I already met. "Atticus Shane, please call me Shane, I beg you. Thank you guys for helping, I really appreciate it. You all get free admission to my free exhibit." He says, chuckling before walking off. "Why does he look familar?" April asks. "No idea." Jeremy says as we look at each other and back to her. "Hey, umm, have you guys seen Rebekah? She said she was gonna help me look into what caused the explosion at my dad's farm and then she just.. disappeared." She says as I grab a box. "Hope you can find her. Her brother Kol, my boyfriend, is around here somewhere." I say before walking off.

I'm at the Occult Exhibit at the school with April as Shane is talking and I see Kol walk over to us. "Hi." I whisper and kiss his cheek as he intertwines my fingers with his. "Hi, darling." He whispers softly in my ear and smiles at April. "Hi." He says. "Hi." She says, smiling back and we all look at the giant rock on the table. "You're looking at what people believed to be the world's first tombstone. This item was donated to Whitmore College last month." Shane says. "Oh, I just remember how I know him. Through my dad." April whispers to us and we both look at her. "Your Dad knew Shane?" I ask, confused. "Yeah, he taught a theology seminar at Whitmore last year." April says and we look back at Shane. "It belonged to a very powerful witch, a witch so powerful in fact that Silas." He says and I feel Kol grip my hand a little tighter. "What's wrong?" I whisper, concerned. "This is bad. Very bad." He whispers softly in my ear. "He created a spell that would grant him immortality. Now legend says that Silas did the spell with the help of a lady witch who loved him, a woman named Qetsiyah. Sadly for Qetsiyah, Silas wanted to give immortality to another man, so Qetsiyah killed him and buried Silas alive, leaving him powerless, immortal, and alone. This might actually be the origin story of 'Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn.'" He says and everyone laughs except for Kol and I, and we see Damon walk over to us after talking to Bonnie. "Damon, something's wrong." I whisper to him and he looks between Kol and I. "Well? What is it?" He asks. "Silas cannot rise. He will literally raise Hell on Earth by destroying the Other Side." Kol whispers and we both look at him. "What?" Damon and I both ask at the same time. "Now, it's said that Silas wants to rise again. Regain his power, wreak havoc on the world. Maybe we should be afraid. Or maybe it's all a bunch of crap and this is just an old rock." Shane says and everyone laughs except for us. "Here's another thing, Damon. Shane knew Pastor Young." I whisper in his ear. "Now that is interesting." He whispers back. "All right, listen, enjoy exploring the exhibit. I'll be around to answer any questions. Thank you for coming." Shane says and people start to leave and Shane walks over to talk to Bonnie.

Kol and I meet up with Bonnie and Damon in my Dad's classroom as we're talking about the Hunter's Mark and how Jeremy is a Potential Hunter. "How did I not know any of this stuff about Jeremy?" She asks, gripping a file in her hand. "The witch who loses her powers gets left out of the important conversations." Damon says. "This explains why Jeremy kept looking at his hand. He's next in line." I say and cross my arms. "Why wasn't I told?" I ask, confused. "Because knowing you, darling, you're already three steps ahead of everyone else." Kol says, kissing my cheek. "Exactly." Damon says. "Ok, fair enough." I say and we see Jeremy rush in. "Is everything okay?! Is it Elena?" He asks. "We figured out how to help her. You need to kill a vampire." Bonnie says. "Great, give me a stake, I'll kill Damon right now." Jeremy says and we all laugh except for Damon. "Ha, ha. Very funny, snot nose kids. Easy, Van Helsing. We'll get you one. Don't worry." He says and his phone rings. "Before you do this, you need to know what you're getting yourself into." Bonnie says, pushing the file into Jeremy's hands. "You can rest easy, brother. We figured out how to solve our little Elena problem. What? Again? Jeremy needs to kill a vampire. Get one." Damon says and hangs up.

I arrive to Klaus' mansion with Kol, Stefan and Jeremy after Klaus walks inside to talk to one of his hybrids before we see the door open again and Stefan stabs him in the abdomen with a wooden stake after dashing. "No!" I hear a girl exclaim and Jeremy and I walk in. "Jeremy, Kol, Adam?!" Tyler exclaim and looks at the three of us as Jeremy is wielding an axe. "What the hell, man?!" Tyler shouts and we see Klaus nod at Stefan and Jeremy, smiling. "I'm sorry." Stefan says and nods at Jeremy before we see him lift the axe over his head and I bury my face into Kol's chest as the girl screams and we hear a slice, and I look to see the decapitated hybrid and blood on Jeremy's face before looking up at the girl who screamed and we both gasp a little. "Who are you?""Who the hell are you?" She and I both ask at the exact same time and everyone looks at us. "You two look a lot alike. But why?" Stefan asks as she and I cross our arms at each other. "I'm Adam." I say, slowly offering a handshake. "I'm Hayley Marshall." She says, smiling as she shakes it. "Adam Gilbert-Saltzman. I was adopted." I say. "Me, too. Weird." She and I both say at the same time. "Maybe you guys should get Meredith to test your guys' blood." Jeremy says as we look at him.
