I walk into Stefan's bedroom with a mug of hot coffee for him as we still have the aftermath mess to clean up from the party last night. "Thank you." Stefan says, taking the mug from me and I sit down in his chair as he's on the phone. "Hey, what do you mean you took her to New York?" Stefan asks and I look up at him. "Who's in New York? Damon and Elena?" I ask, sighing. "Tell Damon to being me back a souvenir." I say and he nods, winking at me. "He said yes." He says and I smile. "Where is she now? So I take it your search for Katherine is off? And Elena's okay with this little field trip? Just yesterday she was living the vampire high life. She doesn't want the Cure. Damon, if she finds out you're still looking for it, she'll bolt. Don't underestimate her." He says. "Never underestimate her." I say, shaking my head and sip on my third cup. "Listen to me. She's ruthless without her Humanity. The Cure is the fastest way to get it back." He says and hangs up and walks over to me. "How much coffee have you had this morning? You seem a little.. energized." He says and I nod. "This is my third cup. We partied hard last night and I woke up with a splitting headache." I say and he offers my hand to help me up and I set my mug down, taking it. "Come on. I'll make you something to help with that hangover. Your boyfriend and everyone else are.. experienced in drinking." He says, leading me to the kitchen and I sit on the counter as he makes waffles. "Ooh, waffles. Definitely the blueberry kind." I say as I sip on some orange juice after he gets me some from the fridge and go to see Klaus and Caroline talking in the living room. "Oh I can, and I do. Now if you don't mind, I'd like to get back to spiraling, so go away." Caroline says and they stare at each other and we see Stefan walk in. "Actually, I asked him to be here. We need his help. I think Silas is in Mystic Falls." Stefan says and we see Kol walk in, sipping on my coffee from Stefan's room. "Just what we need before morning coffee after a hangover." He says. "On the bright side, we have waffles." I say, smiling.

Klaus is pouring himself a cup of blood as I'm sitting on Kol's lap on the sofa after we tell Klaus about the missing blood. "So some blood went missing from a few hospitals. What about Elena? Don't vampires with their humanity off tend to overindulge in human blood, or were you the exception?" Klaus asks, turning around to smile at Stefan. "It's not Elena." Stefan says with his hands on his hips. "Well, let's say for a moment that it wasSilas. I'm struggling to see how this affects me." Klaus says, walking over to sit down by Kol and I as Stefan has his arms crossed and puts them down, walking over to us. "Look. Silas wants to die and be reunited with his one true love, but he's supernatural, so if he takes the Cure and dies, he gets stuck on the Other Side." Stefan says. "How Shakespearian." Klaus says, smiling and I roll my eyes as I use Kol's chest as a pillow and feel him put the blanket over me. "But if he destroys the Other Side altogether, he can take the Cure, die, and pass on, but in destroying it, every dead supernatural being will return to our side." I say and sit up a little. "That means every werewolf, every witch, every vampire. I wonder how many of those you personally killed. Care yet?" Caroline asks and Klaus smiles, sitting up. "My interest is piqued." He says and looks up at Stefan. "How do we stop him?" He asks. "Bonnie said Silas needs to complete three massacres to do this spell. Before Professor Shane died, he convinced the Pastor to blow up the Council. Next, he had you kill your hybrids, and now he only needs one more massacre, so if he's here, that's what he's doing. We need to find him." Stefan says.

The five of us arrive to Shane's office as it's nighttime. "What are we even looking for?" I ask. "Well, if Shane really was working with Silas, chances are he was helping him plan his next move." Stefan says as we walk around, looking at random crap. "Where, on his evil villain to-do list? 'Steal blood, perform 3 massacres, pick up dry cleaning'?" Caroline asks as she walks over to a bookshelf. "Actually, not to nit-pick, but we evil villains usually use minions to pick up our dry cleaning, that sort of thing." Klaus says sarcastically as we all look at him and I give a small laugh. "Why is he necessary again?" Caroline asks, looking at Stefan. "Well, we don't know what Silas can do, so if we do have to go head to head with him, an Original Hybrid who can't die might come in handy. Two Original Vampires are better than one or none." Stefan says and Klaus smiles at her. "Besides, Stefan and I work well together, or at least we did in the twenties." Klaus says, walking around as he looks at Stefan and sits at Shane's desk as Kol and I walk around. "Well, granted my emotions were off." Stefan says. "And that's why you were more fun, just as Damon is probably relishing in Elena's emotionless company in New York." Klaus says and Stefan sighs. "My brother knows what he's doing." He says. "Does he? Don't underestimate the allure of darkness, Stefan. Even the purest hearts are drawn to it." Klaus says and they look me and then to Caroline before I push my glasses up, suddenly realizing I don't need them anymore. "Your eyes are indigo. Just like the Prophecy thing." Klaus says and I use my phone mirror to look at my eyes. "Weird. Must be this whole phoenix thing." I say. "I think I found something." Caroline says and we see her holding a book in both hands as she closes it and walks over to us with it. "'Symbolic Figures in the Dark Arts.' Didn't Bonnie talk about Expression Triangles? Here." Caroline says, opening the book after setting it down on Shane's desk and pointing to a picture of a triangle with skeletons in the middle of it and Stefan starts reading. "'In some schools of magic such as Expression, human sacrifice can be used as a focus for power. It is rumored that the addition of two supernatural sacrifices compounds the mystical energy, creating an Expression Triangle.'" He reads and Caroline points at the symbol for humans up top. "Humans.. that was the Council Fire." She says and I point at the symbol for demons. "Demons.. Klaus' hybrid failure." I say. "Well, I wouldn't exactly call it a failure. What's the third?" Klaus asks, smiling and see the symbol for witches. "Oh, no." Caroline says. "Shit." I say. "What is it?" Kol asks, concerned. "Witches." I say.

Klaus, Caroline and I are still in Shane's office as Kol and Klaus went to go and try to stop Bonnie as we have a map in front of us. "There've been two massacres. Pastor Young's farm is here, and the old Lockwood cellar, where you spitefully slaughtered 12 of your own hybrids, is here." She says, drawing a line with a black Expo Marker, connecting the two locations with the help of a ruler. "According to the book, the Expression Triangle is equilateral, putting it here." Caroline says draws one side of where the place could be. "Somebody's been skipping their geometry classes." Klaus says, smiling and Caroline frowns as Klaus takes the ruler and marker. "There are actually two places where the third massacre could be." He says, drawing two more lines, forming another triangle opposite of Caroline's. "Well, you didn't let me finish." She says and they smile at each other and we turn around as the door opens to see Stefan and Kol. "Hey. What's going on? Did you find Bonnie?" I ask, quickly. "No, but I talked to her dad. I think I found Silas." Stefan says.

I'm walking with Stefan in the woods as he's on speaker phone with Damon. "So Silas is appearing as Professor Shane. Wouldn't be my first choice." Damon says. "Yep." I say. "Well, it would be if you needed to brainwash Bonnie into committing a massacre. She trusts him." Stefan says. "You need me to come home?" Damon asks. "No, we got it. How's the Cure search going?" I ask as Stefan nods. "Eh, not great. I mean, it's no massacre in the making, but Rebekah trailed us here. Then in addition to my buddy being a brilliant identity thief, he's also a hoarder." Damon says and we hear him shuffling through papers. "What are you trying to find?" Stefan asks. "Will had a repeat customer, 5'7" brunette. Said she was a runner." Damon says and we stop walking. "Katherine." Stefan and I say at the same time. "Turns out I was helping her run from me. Ironic. Problem is I'm pretty sure that this filing system goes by birthdate, but I can't for the life of me remember Katherine's." Damon says. "June 5th, 1473." Stefan says. "And that, brother, is why you are the better boyfriend." Damon says and we hear paper shuffling and a soft thud of an envelope. "Well, will you look at that? It's all her former addresses, including a couple from the last two months. They're mostly P.O. boxes, but hey, it narrows the search." He says. "Well, you're welcome. So you headed back now?" Stefan asks. "Yeah, tomorrow morning. Gotta keep up the ruse for the terrible twosome outside, pretend like I'm having a good time." Damon says. "And you're not?" I ask and we hear a door open. "I'll tell you tomorrow." Damon says and hangs up.

We arrive to see torches around Bonnie and a witch holding her head down in the center of a pentagram. "Stop! It's not what you think." Stefan says and she looks angrily up at him. "This is no place for a vampire." She says. "She's working for Silas." I say. "Silas?" She asks, confused. "He brainwashed her to kill you." Stefan says and we look down at Bonnie, who whimpers and the woman draws a knife. "Wait. What are you doing?" I ask and she looks up at us. "If Silas has her, she's lost. We can't save her." She says. "Wait." Stefan says, running over to her but she extends out her hand, making him have a supernatural migraine as he falls to his knees. "Stefan!" I exclaim, crouching down in front of him. "I have the power of twelve witches. You don't stand a chance!" She exclaims as I help Stefan up and we dash off to a tree as he groans in pain as I have my arms wrapped around his shoulders. "You're okay. You're okay." I say and we see the Klaus, Caroline and Kol walk over to us. "They're linked. Bonnie's gonna kill them." I say. "Not if the witches kill her first." Klaus says and shoves Stefan against a tree as Kol pulls me to his chest, holding me in a gentle, but firm grip. "Klaus, we need to save her." Caroline says. "How? The only way to stop the witches is to kill them, and then Silas gets what he wants." Klaus says and we look at the witch circle. "Spirits, take her soul. Free her from darkness." The woman says, hovering the knife above Bonnie, who screams and we see Caroline dash over to the woman and stabs her in the heart with the knife, screaming before she falls to the ground. "No!" Klaus and Kol shout at the same time and the witches linked with the woman drop dead, one by one; the torches going out.

It's still nighttime as I finish my hot shower and putting my pajamas on in Stefan's bedroom as Kol is laying on his bed, waiting for me before we go back to our room and quickly cover myself up as we see him walk in. "Sorry." He says as I tuck the towel. "No, it's ok. It's your bedroom and we should've asked. You just have the hottest water in the house and I needed a really hot one after tonight." I say, giving a small nod as he turns away to let me finish getting dressed. "You can look now." I say and Stefan turns back around. "I'm probably gonna take one as well." He says, walking past me as Kol stands up, walking over to us. "You know.. it's been a long day for the three of us, and this could be just a one time thing.." Kol says, kissing my neck softly and I close my eyes gently before opening them to look at Stefan who gives a light chuckle. "Maybe just this once." He says and starts kissing the other side of my neck as we make it to his bed, slowly undressing each other as I lay in between them both; things soon starting to get heated.
