Ivonne’s POV

Hello, you lovely people out there! >__<

I’m Ivonne Michaelis Santos. I’m Irvin’s big sister. Ahihi. You can call me Vonne, but never call me Ivy. It gets on my nerves so don’t do that okay? Ehe.

As you all know, me and my cute and adorable little brother loves each other very much. (yeah, you can say that again!)

But because I’m the big sister, I get kind of worried with him…because I thought he was…uhm…what was the term?...malamya.

I really thought he was gay or something! Though I know he was dating a couple of girls, I know he was not serious!

So I’m really relieved when I found out about his ‘girlfriend’.

Yeah, I know the truth. (I know when my brother’s lying. Women’s instinct. Never fails.)

Alam kong hindi niya girlfriend si Eris. *sigh*

Sa totoo lang, I really like Eris. Ngayon ko lang kasi nakitang ganun ang baby brother ko. You know, he was never that caring or worried about other people’s safety.

He was so…by himself.

He never lets anyone come close. He never shows those emotions he showed when Eris was lying unconscious on the hospital bed.

Finally, I saw he was human.

Napapangiti na lang ako nang makita ko siyang hindi mapakali habang hinihintay na magkamalay si Eris.

Haay. Ang baby brother ko…iba na talaga!

Kaya nga pinalampas ko na ang mga kalokohan na pinaggagawa nial ni Juan Carlos.

Mas matanda si Juan Carlos kay Irvin, kaya sa kanya ko pinapabantayan ang baby brother ko. Pero mas pasaway si Juan Carlos kaya baligtad lagi ang nangyayari.

Dahil nga malaki ang age difference naming ni Irvin (Don’t pry about my age or I’ll bury you alive), halos ako na ang nagalaga sa kanya. Busy kasi lagi si Dad sa work niya as an archeologist kahit na nung mga bata kami e sumasama kami sa kanya.

Gusto kasi ni Irvin na dito na mag-aral ng high school kaya hinayaan na namin siya.

Alam kong maraming pinagdadaanan ang baby brother ko, gusto ko man siyang tulungan, hindi pwede. I know he doesn’t want any help, might as well from me.

He’s an intelligent guy, just a bit stupid sometimes.

That’s why when I saw him retreat from Eris’ bed that night, I knew I was right about my baby brother.

Pumunta ako sa hospital para tignan kung ayos lang ang kapatid ko, hindi kasi siya sanay na mag-alaga ng may sakit. I was just worried that he would panic kaya pinuntahan ko siya.

Pero iba ang nakita ko.

I smiled inwardly ang shook my head.

Kahit anong tago pa ang gawin niya, alam na alam ko kung aano nangyayari sa kanya.
