Tweek's POV
I wasn't trying to be rude towards the guys. I just couldn't understand why they would still want to hang out with me after I 'ended' things with Craig. That seemed to be the only reason I was part of their group in the first place. I'm still trying to figure out where I belong at our school full of cliques. I'll apologize when I get a chance. With no one here right now I decide to take this time to sit down and relax with my black coffee.
Halfway through checking Butters Snapchat story I hear the bell chime signaling that someone or in this case some people are entering the shop. I hurry back behind the counter to wait for them to approach me. I'm taken aback from the boys appearance of all black and heavy makeup walking in looking like he's ready to kill anything that moves. The guy behind seems to be his polar opposite with a big goofy smile and clothes that looked like he was a model in an Abercrombie and Fitch catalog. The last one that came in had a bright green hat with beautiful eyes to match. He dressed very sporty casual like he had been playing basketball? What is up with everyone here obsessing with that sport. Thank goodness the guy with the nice green eyes is heading towards the counter. The other two were a bit younger and seemed like they had something going on and I didn't want to get in the middle of that. Especially with all the glares the vamp kid was giving me.
The boy greets me with a shaky "hi" and clears his throat to signal he's ready to order for his group but he doesn't say anything. I look up to notice he's just staring at my face but mostly my eyes. I'm not sure what to say so I just stay quiet waiting for him to come back to his senses. He seems to finally snap out of his daze just to say "sorry" after one of the guys walks up behind and smack him in the head. The vamp kid sighs and just says "black coffee" before trudging his way to a table. The younger kid smiles politely at me and apologizes for the bad behavior his friend displayed. He asks for a 'white chocolate mocha" before following his friend back to the table. Which leaves me with the green hatted boy who has only managed to say two words to me since he's been here. He blurts out "peppermint hot chocolate" and throws down money to pay for the drink. Before I can give him his change he's all ready gone making his way to the bathroom. I look at his table to see the happier of the two chuckling and the other one just rolling his eyes muttering "stupid conformist". "What was the about" I mumbled to myself as I turn around to start working on their drinks.
Making my way towards their table with the drinks I can't help but notice Mr. Green Eyes hasn't left the bathroom yet. I decide to ask the nicer one of the two; "uh, is your friend ok?" He replies; "oh you mean my brother Kyle? He's probably just upset he has to supervise me and my goth buddy Firkle. I think he would rather be hanging out with his South Park friends. My name is Ike by the way". I just look at him then back to Firkle? That's a name I've never heard of. I won't dare point that out with the silliness of my name Tweek Tweak. I just shrug and tell him; "oh, my name is Tweek, hope you guys enjoy your coffee and your brother um feels better." As I'm walking back I was super fortunate that I didn't call Firkle a 'vamp kid' to his face. I know how defensive the goth kids in my class got whenever someone called them 'vamp' thinking it's the same as 'goth'.
