Tweek's POV

I had been duped about the recent bet and felt dumbfounded. There was only a small percentage of Kyle not being able to fulfill all of the three point shots he was supposed to make tonight.

I let out a deep sigh deciding to actually go to the bathroom and empty my tank. If Butters actually decides to track me down that would look less suspicious. Best to get it all out of my system now. He might think I have a bladder infection or something if I keep making excuses to keep leaving the gymnasium. When I exited the bathroom stall I noticed David washing his hands. He looked up from the sink and had a huge smile on his face. "Hey Tweek, are you here to watch Craig play?" I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or not. I thought everyone knew that we weren't together anymore. I didn't want to sound rude or conceited. "No, we aren't together. It was a mutual break-up. Butters drove us here to watch Kenny." David still had that stupid smile on his face looking at me. "Oh duh, I remember now. That's why you weren't at the winter formal right?" I thought back to the night of the winter formal knowing I wasn't there because that was my first date with Kyle. I was worried I would start stuttering if I replied back to David so I nodded my head as a response. "Cool, glad to hear it." Whenever David spoke it was the same tone of voice as before. I guess he's one of those guys who sound sarcastic all the time. Not that I would notice right away, we've never really talked to each other face to face. So why the sudden interest in me? The phrase 'sorry, I have a boyfriend' popped into my head but I wasn't brave enough to actually say it outloud to anybody.

After David was finished washing his hands Butters walked into the bathroom. "Tweek, the game is going to start in ten minutes. Are you feeling better, you've been gone a long time buddy." David coughs like he has something stuck in his throat and Butters turned to face him. Now realizing someone else was here with me. Butters being super polite as always. "Hey David, didn't see you there. You're here to watch Heidi right?" Whoops, forgot that he had a girlfriend. Glad I didn't say anything about having a boyfriend. David replies with a simple "yup" popping the 'p' at the end. "By the way happy early birthday, Kenny and I are looking forward to Heidi's party for you tomorrow. Tweek here, being the typical party pooper isn't coming." Thanks Butters for throwing me under the bus and pointing out how I don't like parties. This seemed to amuse David who was exiting the bathroom saying bye to myself and Butters, that smile still being plastered on his face. If he didn't have a girlfriend I would have assumed he was flirting with me but I suppose David was just being really nice trying to make small talk instead of awkward silence. Butters waited patiently for me to dry my hands and dragged me out of the bathroom towards the concession stands. Butters got his sugar fix by picking out 'Mike & Ikes', a chocolate brownie, and a grape 'Crush' for himself. I went with the traditional cheese nachos and coffee. When he made it back to our seats the boys team was well into their warm ups with only a couple minutes left until the slaughter, ahem game starts.

Timeskip to halftime

"Oh boy, this game is a total blowout! It's Super Bowl XLVIII all over again!" Butters hasn't been holding back about how upset and mad he's been since the game started. The South Park Cows were having a difficult time putting any points on the board. The Crosspoint Warriors were the complete opposite. Sinking basket after basket. Most of their points stemmed from Kyles nonstop three point attempts. For the record he had made seven before halftime ended. Butters recent rant didn't make any sense to me and I wasn't sure how to comfort him. I look towards him with a sheepish shrug, indicating 'I have no idea what you're talking about'. It looked like Butters was starting to feel guilty that I didn't understand the sports reference. He must have forgot that I don't follow a lot of sport teams, even stuff as big as the Super Bowl. "Ok, that year it was the Seattle Seahawks vs. the Denver Broncos. Right off the bat the Broncos weren't doing well and kept making mistakes. The Seahawks had no problem running the ball and getting points. Every time the Broncos seemed to gain a bit of momentum, a self-inflicted mistake would destroy said momentum. At halftime everyone knew the Seahawks were going to win." He made eye contact with me asking with his eyes if I was following what he was saying. I slowly shook my head up and down. "So basically our team is the Broncos having a hard time getting points but keep getting a lot of turn overs. The other team is the Seahawks with 'beast mode' Kyle leading his team to an easy victory." I try really hard to not smile from Butters mentioning my boyfriend as the main reason his team is doing so well.
