Tweek's POV

Will you be my boyfriend? I couldn't get those five words out of my head. All of that weekend and our full week back at school my mind was in a dazed state. Every time I closed my eyes all I could imagine was how amazing it felt when Kyle was leaving kisses all over my neck. I would often find myself daydreaming about the next time I'd see Kyle, anticipating his gentle touch. I couldn't believe the affect this boy had on me and it felt like I was putty in his oh so sweet hands.

The first Monday back at school Butters kept going on and on about how much fun he and Kenny had at the dance. Oh and the big scandal I missed was Clyde ending things with Bebe just to pursue Wendy not too long after. Even though she went to the dance as Craig's date she ended the night in Clyde's arms. I could see the two of them working out. Both getting out of horrible relationships with awful people. Butters kept bringing up that I was greatly missed among my group of friends. I didn't feel too bad about not going though. I would have been a wallflower watching everyone else dance the night away with their dates.

All day during school everyone noticed how happy I appeared. Little did they know that Kyle from our rival school (for today) was the reason. The basketball team was released from school at 2:15 to gather up equipment and fill up the teams water bottles. Butters and I agreed on driving over to Denver after school was over. Not without stopping to pick up coffee first. He was kind of bummed that Kenny couldn't ride along with us on our mini road trip. It was against the school's policy to have a student drive another student to any type of activity that was affiliated with our school district. Leaving said activity had a different policy though. Parents were allowed to take their kids home after their 'activity' was over. Butters just had to get a note on file from Kenny's parents giving him permission to take Kenny home after any game. Kenny would be joining us on our way back to South Park.

After we got our drinks we were on the freeway heading towards Crosspoint Academy in Denver. It was a little over an hour away. The whole drive Butters and I were jamming out to his Britney Spears playlist in his sky blue Kia Soul. 'Piece of me' being our all time favorite. The music sounded amazing in his small car and I felt super lucky to have him as my best friend. I kept going back and forth debating on whether to tell him about Kyle. I really wanted to but all of my reasonings kept coming to the conclusion that it was best to keep it a secret from him as well. Not that Butters wasn't good at keeping secrets. He knows that Kenny doesn't like Kyle at all and I didn't want to put Butters in a situation where he could be lying or keeping a big secret from Kenny. I was taking every precautionary step to stay in my own little bubble with Kyle. I didn't want anyone to pop it. One of these steps was keeping my phone on silent. As Butters was driving Kyle kept texting me "when are you going to be here?" "I need my fix of Tweek, I'm going through withdrawals." "Playing hard to get, I love a challenge." That last one made me nervous and we were almost at his school so I texted him back "We'll be there in a few minutes. Cool your jets mister." Wow, that sounds like something Butters would say. It was a quick reply, I didn't want Butters to notice me texting or smiling down towards my phone. He would have called me out on it for sure.

"Your destination will be on the left." Butters asked me to hit the 'yes' button on his phone indicating that he found the high school no problem. We hadn't been to this high school before so it was a bit difficult to figure out where the gym was. Also finding parking was challenging. Most of the spots were reserved for staff and there wasn't much room for other parking since most kids live on campus and they all seemed to stay at the school to watch the game tonight. After five minutes of circling around the school I pointed out a spot that someone had just left. Butters had a look of relief on his face and quickly parked his car as if he was afraid somebody else would swoop in to take it from him. Both of us excited the car and Butters locked his car. We still didn't know what direction the gym was located but luckily a parent from the other team noticed and helped us out. She came off really nice but was extremely loud and dramatic with every word that she spoke. There was also a hint of some type of accent but I couldn't figure out what it was.
