Kyle's POV

*Morning of Valentine's day*

I was woken up from my phone. Monday-Friday I would always wake up at 6:30. That gave me plenty of time to wash my body, get dressed and style my hair. My hair's really hard to style when it's wet so I always wash it after practice so it'll be dry by morning. I'm always gross after any physical type of activity and basketball was probably the worst. Both my hair and body are rank and I've found myself to enjoy my evening showers to get rid of the smell. When I'm not playing a school sport I'm either running or going to the school's weight room. Weekends were my days off from working out.

Once my hair was combed through I noticed my room mate Tanner waking up. He's not much of a morning person and always seems annoyed with my chipper attitude. I greeted him with a "good morning". All I heard was a low grumble. He's in the same boat I'm in except he does wrestling. Him and only a few other kids from our school made it to state. The team was leaving Friday to drive to the Boulder Dome. That's where it's held each year. When Tanner left to take his shower down the hall I took that as an opportunity to do my morning prayer. I'm not embarrassed by my religion or anything, I just know from experience how weird people act when they see someone else praying. My mom and dad taught me to stand while I pray. I had plenty of time to head to the breakfast/lunch room. My parents made sure I had plenty of money in my food account for all of my meals and snacks. All of the food at our school was processed but the company Schwan's makes really good tasting food. I find myself coming here at least once a day to purchase snacks before practice. Mostly I grab a smoothie or pretzel stick to curb my hunger.

Before I walked into math class I texted David to remind him about Tweek's valentine I asked him to write down. He responded quickly with a 'got it dude'. David told me about the fundraiser Heidi's cheer group was doing and I didn't want Tweek to feel left out with everyone else at his school getting one from their partner.I felt bad about not being able to see him today so David had volunteered to sneak it into his locker to not cause a scene with anybody at school. Tweek was sad at first but then realized how much pressure he would be under and all the build up of having his first Valentine's day with a real boyfriend. He was comfortable enough to tell me about his fake relationship with Craig and how all of the dating and boyfriend stuff was unfamiliar to him. I tried to act shocked when he told me but Tweek saw right through that. At first he was a little miffed that I didn't tell him that I knew all ready. In my defense I thought it would be better if he told me instead of me bringing it up. Tweek ended up agreeing with me in the end and forgave me. We decided that celebrating the holiday Saturday would work out best for both of us. My weekends now seem to revolve around this guy. Not that I'm complaining or anything.

After lunch he managed to put the note in Tweek's locker no problem and I recieved a text to assure me that everything was fine. It wasn't until after school that David called and texted me repeatedly. I didn't see all of this until basketball practice was over. We were in the middle of playoffs which meant my team still had to practice. Yeah, even on Valentine's day. One of the downsides of advancing in the playoffs; I won't have a break between basketball and baseball. Baseball practice starts in a couple weeks, less time I can spend with Tweek. I was looking forward to our first Valentine's day together and couldn't wait until the weekend. I scanned over all of David's texts. The gist of them was that Craig now knows that someone else likes Tweek. He saw David putting the note in Tweek's locker and assumed it was from David at first. I couldn't help but laugh at the idea of David pursuing Tweek, not in a million years. He knew how much I liked Tweek and David is only into girls. Once David convinced Craig that the valentine wasn't from him Craig asked who it was from. David managed to keep my name out of everything. Good news is that Craig doesn't suspect me at all. David is pretty sure that Craig got to the conclusion that it has to be somebody from their school. So much for not causing a scene.

After my evening shower I check my phone and realized that none of my texts from Tweek seemed out of the ordinary. It was mostly snaps of him working with captions of how busy the shop was. Craig must not of asked him about the sudden valentine. I wanted to give him a heads up and didn't want him mad at me again for knowing something without telling him. I sent him a text asking him to call me after he's done with work. While I was waiting for Tweek's call I pulled out my laptop to work on my poem anthology assignment for English class. I get almost all of my work done in all of my other classes and normally don't have homework. Around this time I would be tutoring a fellow student or playing one of my games. This was the first big assignment of the second semester. We had a month until it was due and I was practically done. I just had to work out the little details and check for any grammar errors.

Forty minutes later Tweek texted that he was almost done with work and would call me when he got home. I figured it took about twenty minutes for Tweek to walk home from his work so I did my evening prayer since I forgot to do the afternoon one today. I didn't want to miss another one today. I was in the middle of one of Jems Reviews videos when Tweek finally called me. I swiped my finger to the right on my phone screen and answered right away with "Tweek finally", pressing the phone up to my ear.

Yay, I finally got an actual drawing of Tweek and Kyle together. Really quick thank you to berucrat for all of the recent votes and the beautiful cover art that was made for this story. I've been reading her latest Creek fanfic and it's just as great as she is!!
