Tweek's POV

*DA-DA-DA-NA-NA-NA-NA*

I stopped tying my shoes to check my phone. It was a text from 'Preppy' "We'll be leaving my house in a few. See you in ten :)" We? There could only be a few people in South Park who Kyle knew well enough to drive around. I won't know who it is until Kyle gets here. I unplugged my phone from the charger and my green and white school duffle bag. It was a gift from my parents when I entered middle school. Most of the kids who got the same bag used it for sports so my bag was in pretty condition from theirs. With all of my stuff in hand I wandered downstairs to wait for my ride. I entered the kitchen expecting to see my mom or dad but both were nowhere in site. Business for the coffee shop had picked up with fall being just around the corner. They did however leave a nice spread of pastries on the counter and sliced fruit in the fridge. (A pitcher of coffee was also present but you all knew that right.) That's what I loved the most about my parents, they try their best to be there for me, even if it's just little things like this. Even though they know that every student at school gets free breakfast and lunch because of the low income rate that most families in the district have. A total one-eighty from Kyle's old boarding school. This would also be one of the first times where Butters isn't driving me to school. Ever since he got his license it's become second nature that he drives me everywhere. That obviously changed once Kyle got into the picture which, Butters was a good sport about by the way. So today would be no different with Kyle picking me up. I heard some commotion outside and it was Kyle's car parking in front of my house. I discarded my food garbage and hurried outside to see who else was in Kyle's car. Surprisingly (not really if I would have put two and two together) Ike was slouched in the backseat trying to get more sleep if that was possible. Also a surprise was Kyle not opening the passenger door for me like he always does. When I entered the car Kyle was poking Ike and ranting about school only being a few minutes away and that he needed to wake up NOW. When Kyle heard me close the door he glared at Ike.

"So Ike is the other half of 'we' huh?" Kyle let out a deep 'sigh' and muttered a quick 'yeah'. He rubbed the back of his neck and rotated his head to the left. After he gained his composure back he gave Ike another glare through the rear view mirror and left my street.

"It was kind of a condition that I had to follow through if I wanted to go to school here. Driving Ike to school in the morning. If every morning is going to be this difficult he might just need to RIDE THE BUS OR WALK!" The yelling didn't faze Ike whatsoever whos eyes were now glued to his phone screen. Their tension was a little uncomfortable but it wasn't too long until Kyle parked his car by the school. This time he was able to open the car door for me while I was trying to put on my best 'annoyed' face. I had a feeling he would stop doing this silly act if he knew how much I enjoyed the small gesture. It wasn't that embarrassing because the parking lot was pretty empty and nobody was there to witness. Well except Ike but he bolted out of the car and practically ran to the other side of the building before Kyle walked over to my side. With it just being the two of us we made our way from the student parking lot to the cafeteria so Kyle could grab some hot breakfast items. Who by the way, was ecstatic to not have to pay for his school meals anymore. Especially since he seems to be hungry all. the. time. I went through the line with him so I could give him my food. Kyle was more than willing to accept, that boy needs a ton of carbs to upkeep his muscles and have the energy for his rigorous workout schedule. ANYWAYS, right across from the cafeteria was a side hallway that held both of our lockers. By side hallway I mean the other lockers were all lined along the main hallway where everybody walks from one class to the next. Many seniors opted to take the lockers that were located right by the student parking lot but I wanted the more secluded area where I won't run into a bunch of people. Kyle didn't mind and was happy to pick the locker right next to mine.

As more students started to pour into the building I noticed how much attention Kyle was drawing. The only downside of this hallway was this is where all of the lower classman who rode the bus would enter the building. The only time it's crowded is before and after school. Almost every group of girls that walked by would start squealing and discretely point at MY boyfriend. I heard many variations of; 'who's the hottie?' 'what a snack!' 'is he single?' and my personal favorite 'that boy is built!' Kyle was busy showing me a compilation video of old AFV episodes that featured funny animal moments. So either he was doing a good job of ignoring all of these comments or was putting all of his attention directly on me, (or his phone.) All of a sudden Kyle turned his phone off and I looked up at him with a questioning look.

"Your science class is about to start and it's all the way over by the tech building right?" I shook my head indicating a yes. "The first bell is about to ring and I don't want you to be late. I can walk with you to your first class if you want." I can't believe he just asked me that, I thought it was a given that he would escort me to all of my classes whenever he can. I replied with a hurried 'mm-hmm' tearing myself away from our lockers. The same comments kept coming out of girls and some guys as we were walking in the hallway. Like before Kyle was doing a fantastic job of not acknowledging people passing by but their comments were kind of annoying me. Isn't it obvious that he's taken, by me? Well I guess not since Kyle hasn't tried to grab my hand at all since we got to school. Which is weird because that's normally the first thing he does whenever we go anywhere together. Once we got to the tech building Kyle attempted to leave with only saying a short 'bye' but stopped once he heard my sigh of disappointment. He looked at me waiting for an explanation of my sign of discomfort.

"You're seriously going to make me say it out loud?" Kyle couldn't understand at all what I was implying and my frustration only grew. "Mr. 'guy who jumps at any opportunity to show PDA' hasn't even tried to hold my hand or kiss me since we've arrived at school. One of those simple actions would have halted all of the whispers which I darn well know you heard, even if you acted like you didn't!" Kyle smirked and with one hand resting on my chest he used his weight to push me against the wall. His lips ghosted against mine for a few seconds before my lips were in full contact with his. During our quick lip lock I heard a few gasps but that didn't stop us. Kyle pulled his face a few inches away from mine with a small smile while stroking my face with the back of his hand.

"I thought you didn't like PDA?" His mocking tone was making my skin crawl and it's still annoying whenever he throws any silly thing back at me. He grabbed my hand and led me to the seat right next to Butters. This time he planted a quick peck on my lips before he left me with all eyes on me. He was the lucky one who got to leave the room and not be stuck with a group of gawking teenagers. I should have thought this whole thing through.

I forgot to silence my phone and pulled it out to turn the volume off. The message that was displayed automatically caused an eyeroll.

'Preppy'

You could have grabbed my hand or kissed me first you know.

Can you tell what my new obsession is haha
