Chapter 39: Protection

Soo Hyuk was already ready, and he waited in his car for you. Once you were done getting ready, you walked down the long corridor.

Somehow, your heart accelerated, at the thought of it being your first time going to the gym together. You wondered about how it would turn out.

Soo Hyuk was in his sports car, and he listened to some music. Once he saw you walk down the path, leading to his car, he rolled the car's roof down.

You gazed out, and a grin surfaced on your face, when you noticed what he did. He looked so cool in his sports car, and quite hot. You bit down your squeal of excitement, and you felt giddy like a teenage girl. You wanted to get in his car quickly.

Soo Hyuk leaned his arm on the doorframe, tilted his head to the side, and he rubbed his chin with his other hand whilst his gaze traveled down your body. You caught his gaze on you, and chewed on your bottom lip, nervously.

You were dressed in simple blue jeans, a black t-shirt and white sneakers. You looked quite 'chilled out' and still so charming to him. You weren't dressed in something fancy, and he liked your casual attire.

You were finally close to him and your steps suddenly halted, when he pressed on a button and the door to the passenger seat moved up.

"You look great." He flashed a coy grin, and you pursed your lips, and smiled back.

"Thank you." You said in a bit surprised tone.

You weren't wearing something that was pretty, and were surprised by his compliment. How did he think that you looked good in plain jeans and t-shirt?

You brushed off the thoughts and looked at his white sports car. "I haven't seen this car before." You said.

"I got it back from the mechanics last night. It had been gone for a while for a few setups." He said, and then he ran his hands down the leather steering wheel, feeling the hard leather. He seemed so in love.

You instantly looked at him and met his confident grin. You wondered about how many cars he had, you were certain he had a few mores, placed somewhere. Floating House wasn't his only house.

His eyes beamed as though this car was his 'little child'. You rolled your eyes and got in the passenger seat next to him and he grinned.

You gasped aloud, when you looked at the interior of the car. This car was just cool and so sporty. You felt the soft and yet hard seat that was made of velour. The color was dark grey. Actually, the car was in dark nuances, and it balanced well together.

There were different buttons in front of you and you kept looking around you, taking in the marvelous sight. You somehow understood why he loved this car.

"Do you like it?" He asked, when he noticed you observing the car. You nodded and met his gaze.

"What model is this Lamborghini?" You asked with a smile, and his brows creased, and his expression turned serious.

"Pussycat, do you like cars?" He asked in a surprised tone and you chuckled lightly.

"Yes, I do.. But don't know much about cars, but I do know some of the brands." You replied.

Soo Hyuk suddenly grinned coyly and nodded, remembering that you had a white Mercedes. "It's the new Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster." He explained, and he had a grin smeared on his face, and you nodded.
