Bittersweet Notions Of Forever
Chapter 9: Wanting Revenge
Soo Hyuk was getting ready for a photoshoot. The stylist got him ready. He looked at himself in the mirror in front of him. Soo Hyuk got the image of kissing Joon Hee in his mind and he shuddered at the thought. He somehow felt bad, he didn't know what he was becoming into. He sighed deeply and his stylist gazed at him.
"Is something bothering you?" She asked him.
Soo Hyuk looked at his young stylist through the mirror.
Yes, something is bothering me. I kissed my girlfriend Joon Hee and I am married to Nara. And it felt wrong, I care about Joon Hee, but I can't help but feel bad. I don't know why I am feeling this way and I don't know what to do about it.
Those were the things he had on his mind, which he couldn't tell and he simply shook his head. The stylist continued her work. Soo Hyuk tried to get rid of the thoughts, even though it was so hard. He felt frustrated, because he couldn't figure out his feelings. He felt lost.
Once he was done getting ready, he walked out to the set to meet the photographer, who would be taking the pictures for the magazine 'Marie Claire'. He had missed doing photoshoots. It was his other favorite job. He wanted to do that although he was the next heir to his father's hotel branch.
Soo Hyuk had been a model, before he began to become a business man. He greeted the photographer and was told about what he had to do. Soo Hyuk listened and nodded now and then.
"Your partner will be here in a bit." The photographer suddenly said, making him look at him confused.
"A partner? I thought I was doing this alone." Soo Hyuk said.
The photographer was taken back upon hearing that Soo Hyuk wasn't informed about it. The photographer shook his head and explained to him that it was planned from the beginning. Soo Hyuk wondered about how such an important message wasn't delivered to him.
However, he had to act as a professional and he shook it off. The photographer smiled, upon seeing how Soo Hyuk was such a professional, he didn't get mad or snobby. He took it calmly and laughed at it and said that it would have been nice to know about it.
"Oh she is here now." The photographer said as he looked out on the female model.
Soo Hyuk turned around to see who he was modelling with today and he froze. He gazed out on her and he was taken back, now he knew why he wasn't informed about it. She came smiling into the set and had brought coffee for everyone.
Joon Hee smiled and bowed to everyone and apologized for being late and said that, she got late due to buying coffee for everyone. The male staff chuckled, shook their heads, tanked her for bringing them coffee and assured her that it wasn't a problem.
Joon Hee walked up to the photographer. Soo Hyuk gazed at her intently. He hadn't seen her since she kissed him, since he kissed her that night and ever since then, he had a bad feeling which he couldn't get rid of.
Joon Hee finally stood in front of him, she shook the photographers hand and greeted him with her usual pretty smile and laugh. Yet again apologizing for coming in late and she handed him the coffee.
Soo Hyuk looked to the side and sighed. She was the last person he had expected to see on the set. Joon Hee looked out and saw Soo Hyuk. She noticed how he was acting distant and cold. She furrowed her brows, but quickly smiled to the photographer. The photographer couldn't stop smiling to her.
Joon Hee was ushered into getting ready for the shoot. It took a while until she came out and she apologized for delaying the shoot. Soo Hyuk was standing on the set. The scene set in a living room. Joon Hee walked up to Soo Hyuk and she was being herself and ignoring the tension and what had happened last time they met.
