Chapter 70: The Analyst

"Selwyn, can you get up?" I asked him as I took the chains off him. Viola was covering for me.

"I think I can," he said and I supported him up.

"Ah!" Malvolia hits him with an energy beam.

"Selwyn!" I grab onto him and gently placed him on the floor. He went unconscious.

"Jivan, I need your help," I said looking at him crying over Elira and I could feel myself break down. But I needed to calm down. I stared at Elira, one thing came to my mind, "What are you waiting for?! Kiss her!" I shouted at Jivan.

Jivan looks at me, hesitation in his eyes, "She loves you! Do you think she'd risk her life, if she didn't?" Jivan stares at Elira but then kisses her.

They start to glow.

"No!" I look at Malvolia and she was about to hit them with an energy beam.

Viola jumps in and takes the hit, "Viola!" I ran towards her.

"I'm okay," she said trying to stand back up, "We have to protect them right?" I smile at her and nodded.

"I won't allow you to harm them again," I said as I stood up with Viola facing Malvolia.

"Foolish children," she said and starts shooting us with energy beams.

I'm going to protect Elira, even if that's the last thing I do.
