   Request: We were old friends, but since he started the hunt and left the old village/city, I was angry and sad because I never got to tell him how I actually feel about him. One day he comes back because there a demon hunts the village/city. He comes back. We accidentally meet, neither of us is happy: me because he left, he because he thinks I don't understand him. Nevertheless, the hunt begins and the demon comes closer to me. Both brothers come to save me, and Dean offers demon a trade: he instead of me. Demon agrees, but once he takes Dean, Sam shoots/kills him from ambush. Then I and Dean have a fight about the whole deal (the trade) when we both admit our feelings/love and so on

   So, I decided to change this and make it Jensen instead of Dean and the "demon" is going to be his acting career. I actually changed up the request a lot and I apologize for that but I hope you like it either way:) Also, this takes place after he comes home from Season 1. Also Also, this is the first request that I've ever got for this story!! If anyone has one, message me and let me know what you would like! Thank you guys ily - Emma

   Italics = Flashbacks

   The Texas sun beat down on your head as you walked through Austin. You were walking to work, something that you normally did, and you were passing by places that you used to go with your childhood best friend, Jensen. It brought back good memories, like when you guys were each other's first kiss, but it also brought back bad memories, like when he left you to go to Vancouver. Of course you were happy for him, but you were still angry that he had up and left the day he told you he was going.

   "I didn't know how to tell you," Jensen said as he slung his backpack over his one shoulder and held his suitcase in the other.

   "So you waited? You can't even begin to fathom how much it hurts that you told me an hour before you were going! I could've made the time we had more memorable I could've-"

   "(Y/N), you couldn't have done anything," he yelled as he interrupted you. You felt tears form in your eyes as you sniffled and looked down at your feet.

   "Fine. Don't bother visiting me when you come home. I don't want a long distance friendship. I-It'll be too hard." You saw the look of shock on his face.

   "B-but we can make it work. Sweetheart please," Jensen begged as you walked down the stone pathway out in the front of his house. You climbed into your car and started it up. "(Y/n)! (Y/N)!" You pulled out of his driveway, speeding home so that you could mourn over the loss of your crush and best friend.

   You noticed the closed down cafe that you and him used  to eat lunch at everyday, the little alleyway between the cafe and the salon that you two would sneak out to late at night. You had no reason as to why you were all of a sudden thinking about Jensen, but you managed to push him to the back of your brain as you arrived at the bank that you worked out. You went to college for accounting, knowing that the profession would help you rake in as much money as possible. Accounting wasn't something you particularly enjoyed, but it paid the bills and that's all you could ask for.

   ---------------- After work (cause idk shit about accounting)----------------

   On your walk home, it was rainy and cold, a big difference in what the weather was like on the way to the bank. You were shivering and stepping into puddles, ruining your black heels. You arrived home, immediately making a beeline to your bathroom to take a warm shower. The water hit your skin soothingly, warming it while simultaneously taking the cricks out of your neck from leaning over a desk all day. As the water got colder, you shut it off, stepping out to pull on your comfiest pajamas. You were fully prepared for the weekend, the bank being closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and a movie marathon was calling your name. You walked out into your kitchen, spotting your dog, Rocky, asleep by the back door. You smiled, patting his head, and grabbing yourself something from the fridge. You noticed a couple slices of pizza from when you had it the other night, so you preheated the oven and stuck the slices in on a pizza stone.
