"You've been quiet every since dinner, you feeling okay?" Lola asked looking me over once or twice with her mono lid eyes, that displayed her overall warmth and concern.
"I'm fine, just light head aches." I lied, not wanting to tell anyone how I had a full on black out that sent me into one of my deepest nightmares.
"Well drink some water, usually helped me when I was recovering from my withdrawals." Kim advised.
"You know, Cucumber, your not that bad." I smiled at her only to receive a deep frown in return as she rolled her eyes and bit off a piece of her cheese bread.
"Well, can we look at the dating site now?" Lola suggested while cleaning some crumbs off the table with a oily napkin.
"Yeah let's go." I smiled a bit kind of excited to see what these dating websites had to offer.
Me and Lola gathered around her laptop while Kimberly sat on the couch away from us watching something on TV, not wanting to get involved saying something like, "You won't find no decent man on those things, it's nothing but a trap for one night stands." and all that mumble jumbo she was talking. I was starting to remember why I didn't like her, her negative attitude was always a downer.
"Don't worry Lola we're going to find you a man." I promised as we logged onto this dating website called E-Harmony and began making Lola a profile.

"Micah, come on man just fill out one profile!" One of his long time friends, Alec insisted showing him the dating site on his lap top.
"No." Micah said.

"Alec, we've got tons of patients waiting to be checked out, I don't have time for this." Micah insisted.
"Come on we're on break, and you haven't had a date since Serenity died." Alec pressed really worrying about his friend who had done nothing but douse himself in work every day for the past year.
"Look Alec, i'm in mourning Serenity meant everything to me-"
"And she would want you to move on man." Alec insisted watching him ponder it for a minute. "Micah, she loved you and would want nothing but your happiness, which means moving on, now there's plenty of women to choose from on this dating site, you could possibly find a match today." He said motioning him to the site.
"Isn't dating websites a bit desperate?" He questioned still not to sure about the entire idea.
"Dude, you've been working 24/7 for the past year, and when you weren't working you sat on the couch eating Cheetos's and pizza, while watching sports and Netflix, I would say you have surpassed the desperate category." He reminded.
Micah sighed realizing he wasn't going to win this argument, and figuring if he got this over with he wouldn't have to worry about hearing Alec's mouth for a good while, it was really a win win situation.
