Chapter: 30

Britney's POV

Leaving Matt for 20 minutes is one thing. But leaving him for 2 weeks? I literally feel like part of me is missing.

I have done nothing but mope around all day. Once I got home, my mom was back and she was surprised when she saw Breanna with us, but also happy.

I went up to my room and once I got in, I got a FaceTime call from Matt. I accepted, of course and his adorably cute face popped up on my screen.

"Hey baby." He told me and his sleepy voice was so freaking cute.

"Hey." I said and layed down on my stomach to get comfortable.

"I miss you." He told me and stuck out his bottom lip.

"Miss you more." I said making a pouty face.

"I won't survive 2 weeks with out you." Matt said and stood up.

"You survived 16 years, I think you can last 2 weeks." I said laughing and he smirked at me.

"Oh, so you won't miss me?"

"Of course I'll miss you, you ass." I told him and he smiled.

"Good." He smirked again.

"Matthew!" I heard a woman's voice from downstairs and he groaned.

"Come up here for a minute!" Matt yelled back and there were footsteps coming up the stairs a few minutes later.

I saw Matt reposition himself and his mom looked confused.

"Ok. What did you need?" His mom asked and Matt laughed.

"Meet Britney." He said gesturing to his phone and she looked at him.

"Oh honey, is that another one of your imaginary friends? I thought you grew out of them a while ago...well, it's nice to meet you." She said looking to the side of his phone.

I laughed and Matt looked annoyed.

"Mom!" He yelled.

"What?" She asked looking even more confused.

"Britney! My girlfriend! On my phone!" He yelled and picked up the phone and showed her.

"Oh! Hi Britney! Forget about those things I said about his imaginary friends." She said and winked which caused me to laugh and Matt to groan again.

"It's nice to meet you Mrs. Espinosa." I said waving and smiling.

"Please, call me Sarah!" She replied with a friendly smile.

"Ok bye!" Matt said shooing his mom out the door.

"Matt, chill." I said to him and he laughed.

"She's just embarrassing! She always tells stories about me." He said crossing his arms and fixing the position of the camera.

"Like your imaginary friends?" I asked smirking and and he rolled his eyes at me playfully.

"Hey I gotta go, school shopping." I said to him and pouted.

"Okie dokie. I wuv you Britney." Matt said making a kissy face and winking.

"I wuv you Matt." I made a kissy face back and he smiled one last time then hung up.

I grabbed my phone and car keys and walked down stairs to see my mom and brother talking at the table.

"Mom! She's 16! She deserves to know! You can't keep treating her like a baby!" I heard Cameron yell and he never yells at our mom so I was hesitant walking into the kitchen.

I thought about it and decided I didn't want to start anything so I opened the front door and walked to my car.

"Britney!" I heard a voice call to me and I turned around and saw Chelsea.

"Hey!" I said and hugged her.

"Whatcha doing?" She asked me and checked her phone.

"Going school shopping-"

She squealed. "Oh my God! Can I go!?" She asked jumping up and down.

"If you really want to." She opened the passenger seat of my car and got in.

I started the ignition and starting driving towards the mall. We pulled into a somewhat close parking space and began walking into the store.

First, we went into buckle and I got miss me shorts and Chelsea got a pair of jeans. Then we went into Victoria secret and we both grabbed new sweatpants and a phone case.

I gave the cashier $60. "Keep the change." I told her and she smiled.

"I'm hungry. Want to grab a bite to eat at the food court?" She asked and I nodded.

We ordered Panda Express and waited for it to come out. I walked up to the utensils and condiment counter and grabbed a pack a forks and spoons and a few packets of soy sauce.

I walked back and our food was at the table so Chelsea handed me mine and took hers.

"So, how's Cameron?" She asked smiling.

"Typical older brother. An annoying piece of ass." I said rolling my eyes and taking a bite of my rice and chicken.

"I'd love to touch his ass."

I laughed and we finished our food.

Chelsea got up to throw away our trash and came back and told me that she was going to the bathroom.

I was just sitting there on my phone checking out some fan edits and liked a few.

"Britney!"

I jumped and looking behind me.

"Jesus Trevor! What the hell!" I told him smacking his chest.

"Where's Chelsea?" He asked frantically sitting down.

"In the bathroom why?" I asked and he handed me his phone.

"Okay? Two people kissing. Not a surprise this generation. I wouldn't be surprised if they got chlamydia." I said rolling my eyes and looking at him.

"Look closer." He told me and i looked at him.

"Why are you here?"

"Because what the hell is a 15 year old supposed to do!" He pretty much screamed at me and I stared blankly at him. "Watch netflix." I plainly stated.

"My mom cancelled it! Just look!" He started freaking out again and I looked at he picture.

Holy mother freaker.

Well looks like Chelsea has been busy in LA hasn't she? Wait. Who's she kissing.

Aw shit.
