Dayu's POV
I almost choked when I heard what Qing said; he just casually told the guys that he's my partner!?
The nerve of the man!
"What the hell!!" I could only hiss from the side watching in disbelief when Qing bowed down to the guys, smiling with that perfect face of his.
"Oh my..!" Auntie Huiyin put her hands on her mouth while clutching uncle Tsang's hand, and the other just froze, looking at Qing and then at me; they're really-really shocked.
"We have put a close sign at the door...I think we need to sit down, and talk.." Uncle Tsang; though he too was probably shocked himself, he still had the right sense in wanting to talk.
"Of course..! Please..Everybody, let's all sit down first..." I knew we had to talk. I brought in Wang Qing; the multi millionaire businessman/entrepreneur, real estate developer and hotel owner, to our humble café. I never intended to bring him here though. He just followed me on his own; and I couldn't shake him off.
And I had never, not even once told the guys anything about Qing before. Not even, when his company began buying the lands and properties all around this area, because he's going to build his hotel here.
Of course, we should talk. I have a lot of explaining to do.
The guys kept glancing at me and then at Qing; trying to determine the exact relationship I had with him.
They always knew that I was gay. And I have been in one relationship, (though I don't know if it's even valid to be called a relationship,) in these three years.
I had a brief relationship which lasted approximately two months, when I first came here and opened the cafe. It was with Yang; one of my staff. And immediately he knew that I was not really into him. I rushed into the relationship desperately wanting to forget Qing when in fact; I was still dreaming about him every single night.
After two months; Yang and I sat down and we talked. That's when I knew that I was not ready for a relationship at all. I was just trying to find ways to forget. Thank God, Yang understood and we parted ways. He never blamed me; saying that he knew something was off since the beginning yet, he still took the gamble.
We decided that we were much better off as friends than lovers.
Soon after that, he started dating Minjun, who apparently had had a crush on Yang since a long time ago (they're highschool mates).
People might say that it must have been very awkward having your ex and his new boyfriend working together with you. In my case. No.
I didn't even feel any awkwardness when I saw them together - in fact I was very glad, because Yang finally found someone who could light the fire up in him. I could see that they're very passionate about each other and they really love each other. At least I could be free of my guilt because I had tried to use Yang to forget Qing.
