Hundreds of dead bodies littered District 8, and Wonho was having a hard time keeping the bile from spilling out from his mouth. The stench of death hung heavy in the air, District 8 was even more ruined than it previously had been, and would probably take several months, maybe even years to fix all this damage.

District 9 didn't look too much better, but at least the medic tent was still standing. Wonho wandered around, looking down at the ground. Severed heads, cut off limbs, guts, blood spilling out everywhere.

"Fuck...dint tell me that's who I think it is" Minhyuk cursed.

Wonho looked to where Minhyuk was looking, and he swore his heart stopped.

There was Shownu, his clothes ripped, with visible cuts and bruises on him and he carried a heavily wounded Kihyun. Wonho could hear Kihyun's strong heartbeat, so he wasn't dead thankfully, but he could be if they didn't get the pink haired male to a healer.

Minhyuk had run over, his expression filled with worry.

"Don't worry Minhyukkie, I'm gonna get him to Youngjae" Shownu chuckled, "he's not gonna die"

"Where's Hyungwon?" Wonho scanned the sea of dead bodies, searching for his boyfriend and also trying to sniff him out.

All of a sudden, he locked eyes with Changkyun who has an injured Hyungwon on his back. Thankfully, Hyungwon didn't look as bad as Kihyun did, so he breathed in a sigh of relief at that.

"Oh fuck..." Minhyuk sighed, his eyes sad.

"What is it Minhy-oh...oh dear..." Wonho had glanced over to where Minhyuk was looking.

The blonde hair was a dead giveaway, and the dark haired male lying beside him...it was obvious as to who they saw.

Namjoon and Yoongi lied there, fingers intertwined. They had died together, so it seemed.

"Fuck...I know they were the bad guys and all but..." Minhyuk's eyes were sad.

"Namjoon wasn't as bad as he made out to be. Him and Seokjin were thought to be best friends, as close as brothers, but Seokjin was using him" Wonho sighed, stepping over bodies to get close to the two, kneeling down, "he was using both of them. Come on, I'll pick up Namjoon, you pick up Yoongi, and we take them back to District 9 to be buried" Wonho looks up to Minhyuk, his eyes also sad, "he's Taehyung's brother Minhyukkie, it's the least he deserves"

:::

It had been a few hours since then, and all those who died who were in District 9 were under white sheets, waiting to be buried. BamBam, Daesung, Namjoon and Yoongi. Taehyung, Hyunjin, Kihyun and Hyungwon were in critical condition, Hyungwon's condition worsening somehow in the span of two hours. Although Youngjae had reassured Wonho that Hyungwon would live, the wolf hybrid was still extremely worried for his Mate.

Felix and Chan had gotten out of the medic tent after Chan having a tearful greeting to his children, but he knew he could stay with them long, because he had people to bury.

Felix still had no idea Daesung was dead.

"Felix..." G-Dragon spoke, his voice thick with sadness.

"GD, what is it? What happened?" Felix asked, frowning worriedly.

"D-Daesung is...he..." G-Dragon couldn't get the words out.

Felix glanced over to where Taeyang had lifted the sheet from Daesung's face, gasping as tears formed in his eyes. He had grown quite close to the cat hybrid and thought of him as a good friend...but now, he's dead.

"No...nonononoNO!" Felix let out a choked sob as he ran over and kneeled beside Daesung, "h-how?" Felix whimpered.

"H-him and Chan were fighting against BamBam and...he had so many cuts all over him...from BamBam a-and I think BamBam's claws had poison on them" G-Dragon bowed his head, "he told me to tell you he was sorry he couldn't protect you when Lisa captured you"

Felix looked down at Daesung's closed eyes, tears streaming down his own cheeks. Felix wrapped an arm around the back of Daesung's neck as his other hand lifted the cat hybrids head, bringing Daesung's head to his chest. He looked peaceful...like he was sleeping.

"It's okay Daesung. I forgive you, it's not your fault" Felix sniffled, "I know you're in a better place now...I'm gonna miss you though" Felix let out a heartbroken sob as he rocked back and forth.

Chan watched the scene in front of him. He hated this; he hated seeing this all happen. District 9 had become a burial ground, a cemetery. Yugyeom, Jinyoung, Mark, BamBam, Daesung, Namjoon and Yoongi were all buried here.

"We can't let our kids grow up here" Chan muttered, "it's too much...too many memories"

"Chan, this is our home" Jisung spoke up, "you, me, Hyunjin and Seungmin made this place the way it is now"

"I can't let my children grow up in a place that reminds their father of death and destruction" Chan growled, "I know that seems weak of me to say, but it's true"

"I agree" Felix suddenly spoke as he stood up, covering Daesung's face, "I'm not going to allow them to grow up in this horrible place either. We can go to District 4, start a new life there" Felix said, wiping his red rimmed eyes.

"That sounds like a good idea" Chan smiled gently as Felix walked over, the older wrapping his arms securely around Felix's waist.

They buried their dead, and of course there were tears (alot of them), and afterward they had made plans to go to District 4 to start over. Life was going to turn around...

Or so they thought
